This office is a huge con. I went there when it first opened. The staff were nice but the I find out they o er charged me and refused to return my money. My treatment was aug 2020 it’s now aug 2021 and I’m still trying to get my money back. All the staff have changed so they blame everything on the previous staff, fortunately I’ve had my insurance company phone and speak to the staff on record lines as the staff make excuses up as why I haven’t got my money back. Please don’t use this office there are many other good honest dentists in the area. Read the reviews

Dr. Song is great! Very professional and personable. Takes the time to explain what’s going on, and makes sure you’re comfortable with everything before moving forward. Answers any/all questions you may have along the way. Has even stayed late on several occasions to see me because of my demanding work schedule. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.

There is no way all these 5 star reviews are real. First of all they tried to tell me I had to get some fancy under the gum cleanings which even with insurance would cost like $200. I didn’t have that. Also when they were “measuring” my gums it hurt/much more uncomfortable than the next dentist I went to and they read the numbers out loud, clearly so it might scare me that so many were bad numbers. the next year I moved back to Michigan and went to a REAL dentist and guess what there is nothing wrong with my gums. They are scammers. Also no idea how they got my new address but they keep sending me postcards. I live in MICHIGAN now leave me alone I wouldn’t go back even if I did live in Florida!!!!

Excellent service all around. I had a crown replaced and I also needed a cleaning. They did an amazing job replacing the crown - paid attention, fitted it perfectly, and really put in extra effort to get it right. I would recommend them to anyone. The assistants even stayed late to help get everything done at a time convenient for me. A++

this dentist dr song can take your money to make a crown but he was incapable to balance the bottom teeth with the top teeth. as a customer you want to be able to eat food and i told dr song on one occasion the crown he installed was not touching and not working with the teeth on the bottom and dr song tried to get several hundred dollars more to solve that problem and each visit is 3 hours or longer as dr song keeps grabbing new customers with emergencies from all over the world that come to orlando. dr song has about 10 rooms and will take on walk ins as you wait several hours not to get your problem resolved. you will have to get another dentist to fix your problem and dont waist your money at this dentist to put in a crown because he doesnt put in writing that he will fit the crown in properly but dr song has you sign so many papers and he wont guarantee in writing or say he will fit the crown in to your satisfaction. the crown doesnt work out then he tries to get more money by bringing the lady in to try to show additional charges. if you made the mistake going to see dr song or dr lee dont pay them extra charges.
