I really love this place everybody is so helpful , I’ll be back for my cleaning every 6 month

Last week I had a fractured tooth went to a dentist to help me as I was in excruciating pain. I have insurance yet the dentist would not do a pre-authorization to do the procedure asked to pay $800 on the spot. I was not prepared to pay that so I called Dr. Phillips Modern Dentistry crying from the pain. I was told to go right over. When I arrived it was the most professional, attentative and compassionate response. Dr. Patel immediately addressed the pain in order for me to discuss my care. Not only did he fix the problem, Dr. Patel called me two days later to check in on me. Today I went back for a check up and cleansing again DR. PATEL AND THE STAFF AMAZED ME. DENTAL CARE IS AS IMPORTANT AS MEDICAL CARE. YOU MOST DEFINITELY WANT TO VISIT THIS PRACTICE. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT THUS FAR.

Had a broken crown and got in immediately as a new pt. Dr Song and the team were amazing. Changing to them as my regular dentist for sure!! Thanks so much for saving me today and making me feel so comfortable

Every time I come here, I truly feel that everyone has my best interest at heart. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. I have searched for many years for a good dentist and I am happy that I have found this place. Not many people can say that getting a crown is a pleasant experience- but it was for me. Thank you to everyone at this office. I will always recommend you!

Honestly if I could give them a 10 star rating I would. This place is phenomonal. I came with a broken tooth and no dental insurance. Jose worked with me and made it possible for me to get treatment same day! Dr Song, and his assistant Audra were AMAZING, my tooth did not come out easily and they were paitent, Audra even wiped my tears away in the midst of my panic attack. Their bedside manner was amazing! Highly recomended.

Had to get a tooth pulled and this dentist was very accommodating, especially as I was a tourist. they sorted me out with a next day appointment even though Storm Dorian was looming. Dr Song and Jonathon did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I had extensive dental work done here that cost more than $3,000. On my first visit, I met Dr. Song who is very nice and skilled. After meeting him, I had my cleaning done by Raymond, the hygienist. My mouth was numbed and the cleaning lasted about 10 minutes. For the next week, I was in so much pain as I had cuts in my mouth, my gums were bleeding, and numerous ulcers were in my mouth. Raymond was too aggressive and kept pulling on my gums. Despite this, I completed my dental work at DPMD as I was assured that only Dr. Song will complete any future dental treatment. Dr. Song even called me a couple of times to apologize on behalf of the hygienist and check up on me.

I'm telling you guys if you are thinking about getting treatment, come and see Dr Patel. I got scared and hesitant and let my teeth get away on me, but finally decided to act on an emergency condition I had. Dr Patel was not only kind to me, but he was honest and got right to work on me. I'm on my fourth visit and my teeth have literally made a transformation like you see in the weight loss commercials lol. I reccomend him to anyone and you will not be disappointed. Not only is he a phenomenal doctor, but he is a really, really good person. Do yourself a favor and don't hesitate and just make an appointment with him.

My experience with Dr. Patel and his hygienist Azmaina Chowdhury today was exceptional. From the time I arrived until the time I left, I never felt rushed and was treated very well. Dr. Patel performed a comprehensive dental exam with detailed questions and answers. His office staff was also very friendly and courteous.
