I must say that the Hygienist (don't remember his name) did a great job with the Basic Cleaning. I went there for their $59.95 Special (Xrays and Basic cleaning). Doctor Patel went in a long discussion about why I need a "Deeper Cleaning", and tried to Upsell with host of different services. Finally I had to decline all the extra things they were offered.
