Dr. Song made me a crown some weeks ago and I really liked the service. The same I can not say about the whole staff. I was there for a deep cleaning exactly 8 days ago. When they gave me this appointment I said clearly that I can only be there after 4 PM and they said they would manage that and my needs. But...They could not give me a second appointment for the next days and offered me to be back there for the second half cleaning after two months!!!! (Who waxes one leg and leave the other one to wax after 2 months???) I left without making the appointment. I wrote them an email and got not answer until now. So, if you want to feel that you are a respectable client, do not got to this place. They do not care about you! I am feeling terrible with half of my teeth cleaned and the other half not....

I’ve been coming here for several years after searching for a dental practice that I was comfortable with. The office is clean, staff are professional and kind. Dr Song is a great dentist. He is thorough and takes time to explain everything he’s doing. When consulting on the best course of treatment I don’t feel like I’m being “sold”. I had the same dentist for 30 years and unfortunately he passed away. I’ve tried multiple practices and landed here because the office staff and Dr Song are in my opinion what a dental office should be. Thanks Dr Song and team!!
