Great with my boys ages 4&6. The staff calmed the little one down and they were able to give him a normal cleaning. They provide pro tips in a professional and non judgmental way. This helps to teach the kids to accept feedback positively.

The most rude, unprofessional, disrespectful staff I ever met in my life. I took an appointment at 8:00 am for dental cleaning. They left us waiting until 11:00 am. We left without doing any cleaning. The worst dental office ever. I don’t recommend it. Don’t go 👎🏻

I must say I was appalled when I called on a Wednesday to confirm my dentist appointment for Thursday, to find out it had been cancelled. Really? I took a whole day off for this appointment and they couldn't even call me to tell me it had been cancelled!! I will say my first encounter with the office manager was unnerving. I asked if I could schedule an appointment as a new patient and get both an exam and a teeth cleaning. I informed her I’m a teacher and my hours are limited to when I can make appointments. I need to take a half-day from work to schedule appointments such as this. She told me that this office does not allow an exam and a cleaning on the same day. I told her that was odd because for 13 years, I’ve always done both on the same day. She then told me that no office would allow same day treatments. Well, I thought, that’s odd, because as I just mentioned, I’ve done so for the last 13 years, and my husband has also done the same at this office. You can understand how perturbed one might get when they are made to feel like an idiot as this woman made me feel at that moment. She then went on to tell me that I’m not on their insurance list, which I had already talked to my provider and they had sent over the list 2 weeks before with my name on it to ED. She told me I would need to wait until I was on the list to make an appointment. So, I made a call back to my provider to check again and see if there was an error of some sort. They checked and said they were certain that I was on the list, page 13, and I was to call back and inform ED, but they would fax over the list again to be safe. I called back and the office manager answered again, and she told, not asked, me to wait on the other line, and I was put on hold with a loud beeping noise going off in my ear while I waited, until another girl answered. The new girl was incredibly kind and helpful and made me feel like a desired patient. She made an appointment for me and informed me that both an exam and a cleaning can in fact be made for the same day and that I was wrongly informed. But then, to get back to my story, I called today to confirm, and my appointment has been cancelled!! So I took a whole day off work for an appointment that I no longer have? Unbelievable! It would’ve been nice to receive a call from the office informing me of the cancellation so I could’ve scheduled an appointment somewhere else. Do not even attempt this place! I found a much better office where I'm taken care of and treated like a patient, not an idiot.

Very good experience. Came here for a 2nd opinion after another dentist quoted me $250 more than Exclusive Dentistry. Dr. Quintero is very fast and meticulous in his work. His stAff is also wonderful and will work with you about payments and have excellent chair side manner. Also they give a 10% discount to UCF students on top of their already extremely competitive prices.

These people's service is amazing. They were asked to do a repair on my mom's dentures. Originally they had said 2-3 hours however, much to our surprise... in a little over 1 hour, they had everything done. My mom was excited beyond belief. It was pleasant that the Spanish speaking staff was so efficient in their work. Thank you guys.

Had a great visit!

It was my first time going to a dentist and I was really nervous. To my relief everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I am grateful that I came and got a better understanding of what I need to do to maintain my teeth!

This is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to in 60 years. He is patient and thorough. He takes as much time as you need for him to explain treatment plan. Dr. Quintero and his 2 children ( also dentist in Orlando ) are professional and are at 100% of old vs. new treatments that are much better for your health and longevity of the treatment they recommend. As for your teeth, without healthy ones you invite a slew of of other health problems especially gastrointestinal along with irreversible damage to the teeth, gums & bone . Stay healthy your smile is important, but your mouth is the "gateway" to ones overall health. Thank you Dr. Quintero! And staff you are all amazing.

This the most relaxed I have ever been at a dentist office. Everyone is so friendly and are not rushing you through the process. They take the time to explain all your options and are not pushy for you to make a decision quickly. I highly recommend Exclusive Dentistry.

During my most recent visit with Dr. Quintero’s family dentistry, I wasn’t pleased with the service and communication I received. I wasn’t welcomed in with open arms, it seemed as if all the staff was `working on their last leg and trying to rush and leave work. During my procedure Dr. Quintero didn’t numb the lower left side of my mouth and instantly started drilling, I told him I was in pain and he continued. After, I expressed my pain to him once more he then numbed the bottom left side of my mouth; but didn’t wait for the numbness to kick in. it was a very uncomfortable and an emotional visit for me. I’ve had several filling done prior to this visit at other dentistry’s, and this by far was the worst experience ever. He also cut my tongue due to me trying to explain that I was in pain. Apparently jerking my head back wasn’t enough for him to realize that I was in pain. I asked for a break and he continued talking to his assistant as if I wasn’t even there.

Quintero Exclusive Dentistry is awesome!!!! A true family affair!!! Drs. Jorge, Vanessa and George Quintero all have friendly personalities and are very approachable!!!! Love the vibe of the office and everybody there makes you feel welcomed. Fantastic visit!!!! AAAA++++
