Rose, who is the front desk person has extremely poor customer service skills. She is very rude and has no compassion or kindness etiquette. She dressed unprofessionally and also needs to learn about how HIPPA works. The office pushes to schedule appointments to then waits until less than 24hours to confirm and charge you a $50.00 no-show fee if you don't attend. They have done that to me far too many times. Another thing I have experienced is that they forget to cancel our appointments during a call-in and try to once again charge us $50.00 no-show fee. They have also recently changed their hygienist who seems not to have experience. Very poor customer service! Never again. I am going to appeal this $50.00 no-show fee with the office Manager!

In my opinion Doctor Quintero is the bomb! I do not like to rate based in first impressions, I have been visiting his office for three years now. My little one was scare even to open his moth (because his bad experience with other doctor) When I did my son first appointment with Bonnie (Doctor's Quintero Hygienist) I was amazed how much patient and care she give my little one. Bony treated my son like her son, I was amazed to watch the entire interaction. These days my son not only cleans his teeth with Bonnie but he feels confident and relax with the entire staff., just today I went to Doctor's Quintero office because I had a cavity in one of my wisdom tooth, he pulled two of them and dint make me feel a thing! THANKS DOCTOR QUINTERO YOU AND YOUR TEAM ROCK!

Told me exactly what was wrong with my teeth and began working on them immediately, which is clutch. I went to other dentists with urgent pain and they would just schedule an appointment whereas Exclusive Dentistry took care of the problem right away and even offered discounts to help out because I am a student, definitely gonna be going back.

Dr. Quintero is a stand up guy. He does not beat around the bush or tries to be fake at all. Hes honest and has a good staff working around him. Staff is always willing to work with you either by appointment setting or billing.

This people are liars and deceivers and they charge you more money upfront and then charge your insurance at the same time to get more money. Last year I had to have 2 root canal and 2 crowns in which I paid out of pocket thousands of dollars and going to the office several times because the crowns the dentist Dr Quintero put me there were broken all the time, very painful and to high that I was not able to chew well. I told them that I wasn't going to pay any more money for this aweful job, they didn't care if you are feeling good or not they want your MONEY!!! finally I decided to go to another dentist they took xrays showing me everything. I had to have to do again 2 New crowns from the previous one I was getting problems because those I got from Dr Quintero were broken again that I believe he use plaster to make them to get more money from me, and now I have to visit an specialist an endodontist because apparently one of the root canal weren't perform well and maybe I have to redo this root canal because of the poor job Dr Quintero does. on top of that my insurance are not paying because I supposed to have a new crown in 5 years, but thank God my new dental office charged me less of what Dr Quintero charged me the first time and they gave me a dental payment plan to pay for them. Please be careful with this scammers !!!! call your insurance first and find out what are they billing and what you suppose to pay!!!!

My experience was very pleasant. The process was quick and painless. The staff was very friendly and always checking in to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend Exclusive Dentistry. Dr. Quintero and its staff went above and beyond to help.

DO NOT COME HERE! I've happily been coming to this office for over a year for various dental work and cleanings but never had an issue before today. They recently changed up all of the staff. To begin, I made my cleaning appointment two days ago for a certain time. The receptionist screwed up and put me down for 30 minutes earlier than my agreed upon time and didn't remember doing so. I show up 10 minutes before the appointment time that I agreed on but didn't get seen until 30 minutes later. Adrianna (i believe is her name) takes me back for my cleaning. Let me mention that I will admit I do not necessarily floss every single day but at least 5-6 days a week and do not have sensitive gums. She was JAMMING the electric flosser into my gums, I am not exaggerating. I have scratches on my gums in places there should not be scratches. I inform her that she is hurting me 4 times until she finally stops and rudely says it's not her it's because I don't floss. I get a tad of an attitude back and she tells me, "I am not new to this, I have been doing this for 20 years. I am a DENTIST. I know what I am doing." After arguing for a minute I tell her to just finish and I will NEVER be coming back again. Whenever we are all done, she takes me to the front and speaks with the office manager, Rose I believe. I tell Rose I'm ready to pay and she directs me back to the lobby and says she will be with me shortly. I then get called back because they all of a sudden want to do X-Rays ( I just got X-RAys 6 months ago). I tell her that I am ready to go and do not want X Rays and she proceeds to tell me THEY ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO DO X RAYS EVERY 6 MONTHS! THIS IS A LIE, it is NOT required by law, that is insane!! I refused them, paid my co-pay and left. I just called the office to ask for the female dentist's full name and was informed that SHE IS NOT A DENTIST although she told me she has been one for 20 years!!!!She is ONLY a HYGIENIST! This is illegal and I have already contacted news 13 and I will be reporting her to the Florida Department of Health for falsifying her credentials!!

Doctor told me I had a little bleeding in my gums bc I was pregnant... um, no. I have bleeding in my gums bc of mild gingivitis. The dental hygenist who gave me a teeth cleaning did not know how to floss. Flossing is not just in-out-in-out it’s going into the pockets of each side of the teeth. I miss my old dentist but sadly they didn’t take my new insurance so I had to pick a new provider. Tried here, didn’t like it because of reasons stated above. Please have dental assistants take refresher courses.

I found Dr. Quintero yo be verte linda and professional. He majes you del at east and confident that you 're getting The Best Care possible. I also found the staff to be very caring and knowledgable. They all make you feel at home and relaxed in the chair. I highly recommend Exclusive Dentistry, Dr. Quintero and staff.

I had a really good experience. The facility was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and the dentist/dental hygienist were informative and gentle.
