I have always had a wonderful experience here and have been a dedicated customer for almost 15 years since they opened. However, today my appointment was unapologetically CANCELED because my insurance changed and since they didn't have it ahead of time, they took someone else in my place. I've never heard of such standards, especially when I've been a dedicated customer who has never missed a twice a year appointment. I will still recommend them for service, cleanliness, and convenience, but take note that you can't walk in with your new insurance because apparently that's just too much to ask.

Best dentist office I have ever been too. The staff is all extremely friendly, they have plenty of openings to get you seen. They take pride in their work. And they are straight to the point. Never feel like they are trying to sell me more then what I actually need. As long as I’m living in Orlando I will be coming here

I brought my husband,my daughter and myself here. I was very skeptical because of previos bad experiences but Dr. Morra and the whole team were amazing! They helped me when other dentist would not help my daughter with her braces but he did and was very explanatory while doing it. The hygenists were great with our cleanings and especially with my husband's deep cleaning. I was just blown away and dont foresee myself changing my dentist at any point! First time my daughter was comfortable in a dentist chair in her life! Thanks!

My experience with them is a bad one.I showed in person for an appointment they verified my insurance and supposedly they accepted ,so an appointment was made.I show up for the appointment and they informed me that thry don't accept my insurance.Lost a day of work for nothing.
