Ideal Dental Lake Nona

Hands down the best dental office that I have been too!!! First off, location is beautiful and super clean, From being greeted in the front to being In the chair you feel this sense of relaxation! I went in for a cleaning and I really felt like they went the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Chiang and her staff were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! They also have an orthodontist specialist there which was convenient! I would highly recommend checking them out !

From the front desk personnel to the technicians, and to the dentist all are customer service oriented.

The convenience of doing all the paperwork online before hand allowed me to walk in the day of the appointment knowing everything was taken care of and in the system.

Each professional explained the area of responsibility and what will be done during my visit, something I really appreciated!

They even help me split my payment, which I truly appreciated

The technology and equipment in the office is 5 stars. There's plenty of parking. The office is clean and well organized.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve been to since my childhood family dentist. All of the staff from the front desk to everyone in the back is 100% delightful. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Chiang doing my dental care. Finding a new dentist can be a nerve wrecking experience, but this was not. She was completely disarming, gentle, and very skilled in what she does. I have found my dentist and am staying with them. Shout out to Newly at the front desk as well. She is a lovely and cheerful woman that also made my experience here stand out. Whatever they are doing at this office is clearly setting standards because it is the highest level of morale I’ve felt amongst coworkers anywhere in a long time. :) I 100% recommend Ideal Dental of Lake Nona.

My two daughters and I are new patients and had a wonderful experience. They explain everything and give you all the details. Everyone was super friendly, experienced and did a fantastic job. My little one was nervous but they made her feel at ease which was a relief. I highly recommend Ideal Dental!

I’ve been to this dentist office more than a few times now since the start of the year. To me, they’re the best office in the area. Why?

1. They do good work.
2. They treat you well.
3. The price they tell you that you will pay is the price that you pay. I have yet to receive a follow up bill for work I had done months ago (I of course paid up front). Some offices will collect money from you up front, and then send you a bill later asking for more.
4. They don’t make you wait weeks to see them if you call them about an issue that needs attention.

All in all, if you’re considering seeing this dental office, I certainly recommend you reach out to them! Dr. Chiang is excellent.

Waited only a few minutes before being called back. Dental assistant was calm and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. Dentist was kind and explained what she saw and what she felt would fix it. She paused to check how I was feeling multiple times during the procedure, as did the Dental assist. Office manager explained all the costs ahead of time and gave me the option to include or exclude recommended services. They made going to the dentist as comfortable as it possibly can be. They were quick and able to do everything in one day. Spent their time with me to make sure it was right. I didn’t feel rushed or hurried through.

I had an amazing first visit at Ideal Dental. The staff was professional & delightful. I felt instantly at ease & confident I made the right choice among the many dental practices in the area. I bonded immediately with my new dentist, Dr. Chiang. As with the rest of the staff I had met, she was so pleasant,
thoroughly explaining my treatment plan & patiently addressing my many questions & concerns. Perhaps what surprised me most was the sticker shock I was expecting did not occur. I was happy with the upfront, no nonsense, fee estimate for my rather extensive work. Special thanks to receptionist Ms. Newly, who greets patients with a welcoming smile, and helped me to cut through some daunting insurance & Savings Plan issues. I look forward to my subsequent visits.

I would highly recommend Dr. Chiang and her clinic staff to anyone looking for a dentist. She's very knowledgeable, thorough, and good at what she does. She answers any and all dental care questions and provides excellent recommendations for care. She explains what's going on with your teeth in a way that is digestible and succinct. The clinic staff is friendly as well and as dedicated to patient care as Dr. Chiang, from helping with dental hygiene to mouth guard fitting to answering questions about fees/billing. Definitely give this Ideal Dental a chance and you won't be disappointed.

After so many years without going to the dentist, I can tell that they have removed all my fears. They make sure the patients feel calm and reassure you that everything will be ok. Ideal has given new life to my smile. 100% recommended.

I had a dental emergency for my 2 year old son, The receptionist Newley was SO nice she got me In immediately and Jesus the dental assistant was SO kind . He explained everything to my baby before he did it , which I thought was extremely inclusive being that most offices usually speak to the parent and forget the children should know what’s going on as well. He reassured me everything was going to be okay. I left the office feeling better then I did when I got there . Thank you team for being there for us !
