Doc is great. I was very satisfied with my first appointment, but I am really not happy updating my previous November review with all details.
Update
The lady in billing and dealing with insurance has been a nightmare. I pre paid $1,300 plus had $1,500 yearly limit thru Cigna insurance
I had a polp clean out $425 in Nov
My insurance went into affect 1/1/22
Had root canal 1/4/22 insurance told me exact contracted amounts and they pay 80%
So $925-80% my 20%=$227 for me to pay for root canal
Build up the insurance contract rate $227 they pay 50% my 50% is $113.50+$50 deductible
Crown contracted rate $954 they pay 50%
My amount rounded up $480
My amounts are as follows:
$425 before ins
$227 20% of root canal
$50 deductible
$113.50 build up
$480 crown
Cleaning and X rays contracted amount $300 they pay 100% twice a year.
$1,595 Total.
Again I paid $1,300 in advance on care credit
My ins max per year is $1,500
This is not hard math to understand & I had nothing else done but I'm told I will still owe $200-$300 more to have the crown placed.
I've discussed this 3 or more times with who handles the billing and we are clearly still not on the same page.
I will be contacting my insurance for the 4th time to discuss these details again.

My husband had a bad tooth infection and the dentist he went to Friday said he would be fine until next week and gave him antibiotics. Friday night his pain became unbearable. Saturday morning I called up Orlando Dental Center and they were able to get him in right away. They were so nice and caring, did the work he needed, were up front about pricing. He is now on his way to feeling better! Thank you so much for helping us when we needed it most!

I had a wonderful 1st time experience! The staff was so nice; my dental hygienist was super gentle and left my teeth feeling amazing! The Dentist, Dr. Jadun, made me feel very comfortable, and even though I have some cavities and crowns to take care of, he didn't make this huge deal about it, like other dentists do! I definitely recommend this group! I'm telling all my family and friends to come on over.

So I am a first-time patient and Cathy shante were really sweet and amazing as well as my doctor was really awesome as well I have been to many. Dentist office and I have not experienced as much knowledge as I have learned at this specific dentist office I will continue to go back and recommend many people to go there as well the staff is friendly sweet and very conversational and listen to your story and cares about you of knowing how you feel they don't just take your money they give you chances that people don't give you

My tooth chipped 3 weeks prior to me finding this place and they were able to squeeze me in in less than 24 hours when I finally decided to take care of it. I am very grateful that you were able to help me on such short notice.
The staff is so friendly, accommodating, sensitive and make you feel as comfortable as possible through the process. You can always tell a good doctor by how they numb you up and so I was pleasantly surprised when I felt little to no pain. Dr Kim was great, quick and very precise with her work. Looks like I found my Dentist. Thank you so much!

I’m so thankful for this dentist office! I was in the worst pain I have ever experienced from an infected wisdom tooth. This office gave me an appointment the same day and on a Saturday at that! Everyone was so professional and kind from the front desk personnel to the wonderful woman who took my X-rays and the doctor. My entire appointment with exams, X-rays, and extraction was only an hour and the doctor made sure I was pain free! I highly recommend and will be taking my family here as well!

This was my first visit to their office and it was a excellent experience! The staff were very friendly and courteous. I felt very comfortable and the Dentist was very helpful in diagnosing what my issue was, then making the proper recommendations. I will be returning for all my present and future dental needs!
