Very incompetent staff. They'll let you wait for 1 hour beyond your appointment time. They do not have accurate info to provide patients, and they will argue in front of you and with you as if you are the one who has to know what's their procedures, and not them. The blonde woman in the photo doesn't even know what she's doing, has no customer service skills AT ALL, dress and speaks ghetto, and has an attitude like she is being forced to be there. The woman confuses herself with her poor knowledge of their own business. New and poorly trained technicians. I waited 3 weeks plus another one they added because they called me last minute to tell me the doctor ''was going to be off''... so waited 4 weeks for the first consultation and they were unable to assist me due to their glitches and incompetence (Probably they don't have managers and or supervisors). Total waste of time.This ton of '' good reviews '' must be definitively fake.
