I thought I might get a rush dental procedure, but what I got was the usual attention to detail I have come to expect from Dr Phan and all his staff. I called the office at 7:45 this morning. I was having excruciating tooth pain. I spoke to Kathy when I called and she got me in for 11 am. The office is very clean, modern, and very comforting. They offer freah coffee, cookies and water. Debbie, at the front desk, was so personable. Dr. Phan's Dental Assistant was also very personable and made me quite comfortable. Dr. Phan was great. He explained all my options and he was so gentle. I couldn't feel the novocaine at all Over all I had a wonderful experience.

Excellent dentist and excellent staff! I'm newer to the area and hadn't found a dentist yet. I broke my tooth last night, called them first thing in the morning and Kathy instantly put me at ease and told me not to worry. She called me back and got me in at noon the same day. Everyone I talked to was so nice and pleasant and put me at ease when I was worried. Dr. Phan and Dana were both amazing! Bonus- now I've found a dentist I trust and will be returning to.

I visited Phantastic Smiles for bridal teeth whitening. Everyone was so happy, friendly, and truly made me feel comfortable during the process! The office was organized, and the turn around time between my initial call and beginning treatment was incredibly fast. My teeth are super white for the wedding! I am one of those people who is terrified of the dentist so I simply don’t go until there’s a problem. From the moment I walked into Dr. Phans office I was treated like if I was their favorite patient. They were so nice and understanding to what I was going through. I had a mini panic attack and they did everything they could to help me calm down. Never in my life have I felt so comfortable at the dentist. I can’t wait to come back and get my teeth fixed and get my smile back.

I had to have a special oral surgical procedure done, and from the second I stepped foot into the office for the consultation, the complete staff was very warm and friendly, and they put forth much effort and time to accommodate my schedule to fit me in asap. When I had the procedure, they were all very caring and professional and very gentle. I had no pain or problems post surgery, and was thrilled with how well it all went, as well as how incredible the staff were- ALL of them made it a very positive experience and I can't say enough positive about them!!!

Most people don’t feel comfortable with dentist, and sometimes even have some fear and anxiety before they are going to their visit to dentistry appointment. But after I visited Dr. Phan’s office the experience I had changed my impression about dentists.
First Dr. Phan has very outstanding of skills and confidence, besides that he is very kind of person. Who work with him in the office the ladies, all of them very nice and friendly with the humor’s personality. That’s why I like to share the experience I had and recommending to others.

I am Dr. Haughton-Green, a physician in Orlando who visited Dr. Phan’s office today for a consultation for the Zoom teeth whitening system. I was referred to the office by Victoria Kiniry, who is a phenomenal dental hygienist who is a member of this incredible team. I was greatly so warmly by the staff. Everyone took the time to shake my hand and introduce themselves. The reception area was spa like, and they had coffee and cookies for their patients. Victoria took the time to introduce me to Dr. Phan. I verbalized to him how impressed I was with him and his staff. I look forward to visiting again and will happily referred by family, friends and patients to this dental practice!
