Dr. Phan and his team truly are Phantastic! I can admit to being that nervous and terrified patient that always waits too long to get checked out. Dr. Phan and his team are amazing putting me at ease. I’ve always hated when dentists would send me elsewhere to get part of the procedure done, to come back to them to continue the work needed...and that’s when I would know I wouldn’t be going back. Dr Phan and his team got right to it from the first visit. For the first time in my life I’m actually looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Phan to continue getting this smile makeover.
Also amazing with toddlers. My normally shy 2 year old had no problem getting in the chair for her turn with Dr Phan and Mera. We’re happy to have found our new family dentist :)

I was scheduled for a total knee replacement. You cannot have any dental procedures within six weeks of your surgery date. Unfortunately, I broke a crown on Sunday, January 19th of 2020. My surgery date was February 18th, 2020, one month away. I went to Dr. Phan's office the following day, January 20th, and told them about my dilemma. Dana, one of his dental assistants, gave up part of her lunch hour to take x-rays. Dr. Phan then had his office manager, Debbie, get in touch with my surgical coordinator. They fit me into their very busy schedule on Wednesday, January 22nd. The dental assistant at that time was Mara. Within two hours, Dr. Phan had put on a new crown made on site. My surgery had to be postponed to a later date; but, I could be waiting a lot longer than I am. They went out of their way to help; and, I want to thank Dr. Phan and his staff for being so thoughtful, considerate, caring and kind. I would recommend Phan-tastic Smiles to anyone in need of dental work, regardless of what it might involve. If you have any concerns, just let Dr. Phan know and he'll go out of his way to address them. He is one fantastic Dentist! I'm one happy patient! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you Dr. Phan & his staffs for everything you guys do to my mom who means everything to me. From my 1st visit for consultation to the final day of sugery, everything went smoothly and professionally. I am very picky especially when coming to any doctor office. It must be clean and neaty. And this place is on point! Then to the staffs and document processing, another plus points to them. Debbie is super friendly and helpful. Medical office should send their staffs here to learn from her! She makes me feel like a family member, not a profitable client, which is rare in customer service. What else? Punctuality is what matters in any field of life. They respect my time and theirs! I hate watiting couple hours just for a 30 mins small talks. That's what ppl call "professional".
Finally, please give a big round applause to Dr. Phan, you really save my mom's smiles. For 20 years, I've never seen her beautiful smiles like these. She was so shy and feel ashamed of her teeth that she refused to smile. Can you believe it? Now, eveything changes!
At the end of the day, the only thing matter is your family member's happiness. Right?

As we all know, Dentists are not the most favorite doctors that we all enjoy visiting. We fear them, we cringe when it comes to "Dentist" and we often skip or conveniently forget appointments.
But, This is NOT one of those situations. I found Dr. Phan on Google with all 5-Star reviews, and he is under a mile from my house. WIN-WIN. My first visit to the office was very pleasurable and nice. The staff is very welcoming and warm, they make sure you are comfortable and informed. Dr. Phan's staff is stellar and greatly deserves the EXCELLENT / 5-Star review here. The attention to detail, pain management and patient comfort is top notch. I wish I had found Dr. Phan years ago, as I wouldn't have waited so long to go to the dentist. The office atmosphere is very much like home. The staff interaction is great and deserve their own praise, but I don't know them all yet

Even though Dr. Phan wasn't the assigned dentist for my insurance, I saw all the good reviews and decided to make an appointment for my porcelain veneers. I'm so happy I came here, the staff is exceptional and Dr. Phan truly cares about his patients. Usually at dental offices they make you wait even when you have a set appointment, not here!
