I have been going to Dr Phan's office for many years already and the treatment there is always great. I come there every six months and I still have no complaints. All the staff members are extremely friendly and makes me feel comfortable. On top of that, Dr. Phan is always a pleasure to see, as he is very experienced and meticulous when examining my teeth or handling tools. Additionally, the interior is well cleaned and maintained. I recommend anyone to come to Dr. Phan because him and his staff are definitely family-oriented, treating patients with great care.

I have been avoiding the dentist for almost 9 years, and then the wisdom teeth came out. I was really scared about having my wisdom teeth pulled out. I am so glad I found Phan-tastic Smiles. The team is friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I felt like they really wanted to help and Dr. Phan is... Phan-tastic! After my wisdom tooth got pulled out it healed amazingly and I have no discomfort. Plus, they called me a few times to check up on how it was healing. Seriously, I love this place and I will go there from now on. I definitely feel like I found the best dentist office in the world and I recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!

I had a toothache that no one else wanted to take care of without 2 weeks of appointments and paperwork. But Dr. Phan took my appointment and pulled my tooth within hours of calling him. He was very careful and patient while he talked me through the whole process. I now have a new favorite dentist.

Excellent service. Had another dentist decide that one of my teeth needed a crown as the decayed area was "too difficult/impossible" to reach. On a coworkers advice, visited Dr Phan. He said a crown might be required, but he would prefer to attempt it as a filling first. Dr. Phan was able to reach the decayed area and perform a filling without trouble.
On my first visit/inspection he and his staff were exceedingly thorough looking through my teeth. I would recommend Dr. Phan for anyone and everyone's dental requirements.

The staff are very friendly, kind and very concerned. Always looking for your well-being. Very clean place. They take very good measures with the pandemic, hand sanitazer and temperature as soon you walk in and the way out, all the rooms has plastic on the chairs and were ever is need it. They wear the proper gears to take care of you.The dentist Dr. Phan, he always marking sure that you dont have pain and make you feel comfortable. I wish i could give them a 10 🌟.

A recent root canal and crown that I was not looking forward to were done in 1 session. No pain during procedure and the teeth look great! I travel more than an hour to see Dr. Phan and it is worth it! Never had a better dentist. I am so grateful my friend referred me there. Friendly too!!! Good follow up by phone.

Phan-tastic Smiles is the best! Everyone made me feel so welcome from the front desk staff to the dentist himself. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while do to past experiences. When I came to Dr. Phan office I had a crown and some fillings done, which he was able to do the same day. I never had to return for any adjustments. The work was done perfect and with no pain. My overall experience was exceptional and I would recommend Dr. Phan to others in the future. He is by far the best dentist in Orlando.

This is the best dental office on the entire PLANET! The second I walked in they treated me with respect, admiration, and welcomed me into the office like it was my home!!! I was amazed at how incredibly nice every staff member was, truly caring about my life outside of the dental office. It was the best experience I’ve ever had!!! It makes me want to come back to the office every single day because of the kindness and employees. Not to mention the character of Dr Phan and Wendy! Dr. Phan and his entire staff are the best you will ever find. From the time you walk in until the time you leave, you feel you are part of a compassionate, caring, friendly and professional family.
I have never experience any pain from Dr. Phan or his hygienists no matter what the procedure is I'm having done. I don't even feel the numbing shot. Even when the numbness goes away I don't feel any pain from it.
Among other procedures I've had done, he has replaced two crowns with ABSOLUTLY NO PAIN to me. That is extremely rare while at a dentist.
He has the latest equipment and has the vast knowledge and experience to use it. Therefor, when he has to do a crown, they are made on site. There is no temporary crown. The crown is completely finished in one visit.
Dr. Phan and staff are simply the best. If you or your family or your friends don't have Dr. Phan as a dentist, you are doing a great disservice to yourselfs.
Without any hesitation or doubts, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Phan and his excellent staff.
