My experience was absolutely fantastic! It's rare to find a place that cares for you the way Dr. Phan and his staff did for me. I required a lot of work done..and fast. I called around 8:50am to see what the availability was. They happened to have an opening if I headed over by 9am. Thank you Debbie at the front desk for helping me. (She is very kind and extremely helpful). (Luckily I had filled out all the paperwork the night before) from their website. They took me right into the room and got started.
-They make your crowns on-site (No molding)
-Dr. Phan asked if I wanted to go see how the crown is made! (Awesome)
-They had all the Top-of-the-Line Technology and knew how to use it well.
-Even got me a Smoothie to drink during my procedure. (Thanks Tayri)
-Tayri was amazing. Kind and easy to talk too. Very helpful and informative.
-Dana was great too. Always smiling.
-The facility was Super Clean and well organized.
-The Hygienist (Victoria) had been working there over 20yrs. Her experience showed and she was extremely nice.
-In the end, I was greeted by Wendy, Dr. Phans wife of 20+ yrs, who put the icing on the cake with her hospitality and customer service. (She is the Business Manager)
I did extensive research trying to find the best dentist and narrowed my results down to Phan-Tastic Smiles. Their experience, combined with their impeccable hospitality make them the best Dentist to have.
Overall, Dr. Phan is the BEST dentist I've ever had. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone from now on. Thank you.
CRAZY SNAPPER PLUMMER
There are several reasons why I love having Dr. Phan as my dentist. He is kind, compassionate, gentle, and never ever causes me pain. The comfort of his patients is important to him and his entire office. He also has a very nice and extremely friendly staff.
Recently I was experiencing a tremendous amount of pain in the right ear area. I went to the emergency clinic and was diagnosed with a middle ear infection. I was given a narcotic and antibiotics. After four days the pain was still excruciating. I noticed no change in my condition at all. I then made an appointment with my primary physician. Again, I was diagnosed with an inner ear infection. Prescribed more medication and sent home. After several more days I was not any better. Desperate to relieve my pain, I went to see an ear doctor. Imagine my surprise when he informed me that my ears were just fine. There was no infection at all. He informed me that my pain stemmed from the TMJ I have had for several years. It was going on my second week of pain and I finally knew the reason why.
I knew from past experience that a TMJ doctor I had seen suggested I get a mouth guard for the upper and lower part of my mouth. Each guard cost $900.00 each. I certainly could not afford such an expense.
I mentioned this incident to Dr. PHAN and he told about a laser treatment that he felt would be beneficial to me.
After almost 2 weeks of pain and discomfort I contacted Dr. Phan and went to see him for my pain. He did the laser treatment on the entire area surrounding my ear. Within 10 minutes the pain was considerably less. By the time I arrived home I was pain free. I went from taking a pain pill every three hours to not taking the pills at all. I have not taken a pain pill or cried with pain in four days. So understandably, Dr. Phan is a miracle worker to me. He is a wonderful doctor and most importantly, a caring human being.
If anyone has or is currently suffering the pain of TMJ......contact Dr. Phan. The results of his laser treatment is amazing. And an extra bonus is that the treatments are at a very reasonable cost. No where near the 1,800.00 for mouth guards.
I am sharing my story because I know how extreme TMJ pain can be. I would like to help other TMJ patients to know how painless and effective the laser treatment is. It was a Godsend to me and I thank Dr. Phan, Dana and Cathy for being so kind and compassionate to me. I am pain free and laughing again.

Recently after biting into a garlic roll, my crown broke. I was able to get in to see Dr. Phan the next day and he was able to schedule me on Friday, his normal day off. He created a new crown for me that same day so that I didn't have to come back the following week to replace a temporary crown. Dr. Phan and his staff rock! Thanks!

It all happened two days ago. Had an appointment with Dr. Phan to place a crown on my upper left, last tooth. He said it was a two hours procedure, and it was.
I have several crowns from over the years. I am royalty. The Crown Jewels have nothing on me. But this procedure was unique. Novacane was administered, but I never felt the numbing effect I was expecting! Dr. Phan and his able assistant put that contraption in my mouth with a chock block that allowed me to rest my jaw muscles. In the course of the next several minutes a crown was was being imaged and then fabricated by his magic machine. In no time a white crown was being put in place and the procedure was over.
I asked, "Is this a temporary?" The answer was no. this is the finished product!
In the course of these "passing minutes" I actually woke myself up twice
with snoring! I walked away with no numbing after effects.
