Serene Dental

I'm new to the office but when I called to get information the receptionist was very pleasant. They made sure I had all needed documents prior to my 1st visit. When I meet the dentist he was very polite and made me feel comfortable, and rhe hygienist is AMAZING! I'M VERY HAPPY AT THIS OFFICE WITH ALL THE STAFF. I have even convinced my mother to switch.

Serene dental is by far the best experience I have had for the care of my teeth and families! All the doctors and staff are helpful and pleasant 😀The office is kept clean and all staff are very professional. The hygienists are very informative and skilled as well. I recommend this dental office who want excellent care for their teeth!!!!!

I recently went to Serene Dental and loved it. It was such a pleasant experience. I left my previous dentist because the tried pushing me into unnecessary dental work.
The staff and dentists at Serene were patient and expereienced. They didn't push for any work to be done immediately and gave me great advice on how to deal with TMD.
I'm definitely coming back and suggesting them to friends and family.

I was friendly greeted when I entered the office. Not a long wait to get x-rays, exam or even another appointment very pleasant experience.

Short wait times, friendly staff, professional and courteous atmosphere. I had an awful cavity and was out of there in no time. These guys know what they are doing and make you feel right at home. I recommend Serene Dental to anybody who needs dental work done. They are the best.

Today was my third time here and I have to say I am happy that I switched my dentist. I had a crown done here and it feels like my real tooth and today I had my cleaning and I am 💯 satisfied with it. The staff is awesome and I would hands down recommend them.

I had used Serene Dental for several years up until very recently. I initially found them because they were close to my home, but I was so satisfied with their work that I continued to make the extra drive for about 3 years after I moved to another side of town because I had trusted their work. They used to be excellent with the dentists I would see, but there has been a lot of turnaround for their dentists which has declined in quality of service and I have had 4-5 different dentists over the course of the past 8 years or so. Most recently, I had gone to see Dr. Westres for the first time after my previous dentist had left. This is the last time I have gone to Serene and have since had to find another dentist to fix the work he had done.

In my last visit, I needed to have a filling repaired after one had fallen out since it had been completed several years ago. For my first time seeing Dr. Westres, he was very rough in his work and did a poor job of re-doing the filling. He had hit the back of my front tooth with the mirror while examining my back tooth, was rough in doing the work, and while he was finishing up he bragged about the speed of his work to the hygienist by saying he "got through 2 root canals and a filling in 45 minutes." I found it unprofessional to brad about the speed and in my personal experience, it was poor quality and he had bonded the filling wrong while rushing through the work.

I had pain in the tooth for several days afterwards and had to get it checked again. Since he was so rough, I found a new dentist to fix the filling because I didn't trust Dr. Westres to do it again and that was the last time I'd ever go back to Serene. I had to pay for the re-do of the work completely since insurance wouldn't cover work for the same tooth so close together and even tried to file a grievance with insurance, but in doing so I was told they couldn't do anything because Dr. Marc Anderson was listed as the provider who did the work and Dr. Westres wasn't in their network even though I've never even met Dr. Anderson in all of my years in going.

I won't give 1 star because Serene used to be my go-to dentist, but they are no longer the same quality that I had been so used to in the past and can no longer recommend them.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Very professional, clean, understanding and staff & doctor are the amazing! The whole family loves it here, always a great experience! I have gotten several root canals & fillings and no pain. I used to dreed going to the dentist, now i look forward to my appointments. Highly recommended!

Because my dentist was retiring, I transferred to Serene. My experience was definitely less than perfect to say the least. Be careful with the dentists at Serene (especially Dr. Gayed); they lie about the state of your teeth to push for unnecessary procedures. After taking 2-Xrays with sub-par equipment, they mentioned I had 4 cavities and needed a filling. 2-days later, I rushed to get a second opinion. My new dentist conducted a thorough evaluation (& cleaning) with state of the art equipment (she took 18 X-rays). I did not have any cavities and mentioned that my teeth and gum were probably the healthiest she has ever seen. Serene are true scam artists trying to make money off of you. Please beware!

They seem very friendly and they are for the most part, but the dentist I had seen very in experienced. She was also very unprofessional by canceling an appointment with me while I was sitting in the chair for a half hour. I had taken personal day off of work for that and I don't get many. Do yourself a favor and trust recent Google reviews and find a better dentist that will respect your appointments! They charge $50 for missing an appointment but don't give you one for taking off work. 👎🏼👎🏼
