Dr Zade and his office staff were completely professional when taking care of an emergency tooth breakage I experienced. They saw me ASAP and were able to fix the broken tooth temporarily until permanent arrangement were made. I have a great fear of dental work and tend to let this give me great anxiety. Dr. Zade and his assistant were able to allay me fears, put me at ease and make this an almost pleasant experience so much that I made an appointment to fix the tooth permanently with him. I am very pleased with the office staff as well. Kind and understanding, they did their best to take me in that day. I am very happy to be a patient there.

The best I’ve been to in Palm Bay. They are caring polite knowledgeable and a great staff and fantastic doctor. I am glad I found them. Oh and very reasonable too. You don’t need to get a second mortgage to see a dentist . I would highly recommend them.

It’s not often people say they love their dentist but I actually like going to New Image Dentistry. I drive almost 40 mins just to go to this location. The staff is always kind and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice.

This office staff is friendly and helpful. Had a dentist emergency and no insurance. I’ve been to a few dentist in my life, it’s refreshing to have a dentist that actually listens to you. Pricing was not too bad for non insured.

The girls were very friendly. The negative is they left me sitting for a long time before I was ever checked in and then along time before I got my x-ray. The receptionist also said she would e-mail my X-ray right away and it’s almost 10 o clock at night and I still haven’t received it since 3:30 this afternoon. Again they were all very nice but it’s just frustrating 😖
