Had a great experience here. All staff are pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I had a broken tooth with a deep cavity that was causing me intense, severe pain. Dr. Mastali and Michelle were able to save my tooth, whereas I previously thought it would need to be pulled. The nice young lady from the front desk was able to sign me up with Compassionate Financing so I could help pay my remaining balance after insurance! I was honestly more stressed about how I was going to pay than having dental work done (and I'm terrified of dental work lol). After insurance, a root canal and a crown only cost me $100 that day! Dr. Mastali was patient and thorough even though I was there after hours. A day after my root canal and I'm smiling! No more pain! Thank you New Image!

My experience with Doctor Mustali and his staff, I had missing teeth and the understanding that I needed serious dental work, for almost 6 years I lived with this, the more time that went onI knew it was becoming a concern that this is what is was going to be, no teeth going into my 50’s, the time, the care, the working with me through my work schedule,at every point they made me feel comfortable and kinda part of there family so to speak, having no teeth makes you feel a certain way about yourself, feeling comfortable and going through all the procedures did matter to me, They are a fantastic staff, run by a very fine Dentist in Dr Mustali, I couldn’t have made a better decision and I went to 3 places for x-rays and quotes, I am very appreciative of there hard work , effort , and there care

Safety for patients seemed to be a priority. Call from your car when you arrive and they will come get you. Staff is very friendly. There is usually no wait time, they take you in on time.

I don't know what to think about their constant office turnover?!! I started there 3-4 years ago; liked the dentist and hygeniest THEN, but it seems like every appt. these past few years that I am given someone new. I was not that pleased with the work of 6-7 months ago, got a gum infection after crown work. Guess I'll try another NewImage and let them transfer my records. May 2017
