I'll first say that the staff is great. They were very friendly and helpful and the establishment looks wonderful. But, they are extremely pricey. I was referred here by a coworker due to several tooth aches. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist wouldn't offer me a price on the service needed because they weren't sure what exactly they needed to do yet. Once there, they were very persistant on making me a cleaning appointment, which I did not want because it did not seem necessary since I only came to see about filings. Needless to say, I was charged almost $300 just for x-rays and told it would be $900 to fill 4 teeth. I can say that if you have the money to spend, by all means go for it because service was great. But you do get what you pay for.

PLEASE READ.
I was on vacation from Louisville, Kentucky and had a problem. Earlier in the week, unfortunately I had an extraction. It started causing me SEVERE pain as part of the jaw bone left behind was slicing the heck out of my tongue every time I moved it or ate. I was desperate to get in to see somebody, anybody, to get me some relief of the horrible pain while on vacation. I got in to see Dr. Richardson 4 hours after they opened for business on Monday morning. The building was fantastic, the people were informative and my dental assistant/tech, Adrianna was very kind and explained everything I asked and things I did not. Dr. Richardson notified me that part of the pain radiating up the rest of my jaw causing my upper teeth to hurt was from a "dry socket". He patched me up and sent me on my way with very little wait. Hope the pain stays away until it heals.
One more thing. For those of you that don't like getting the Novocain, I don't either. It was the easiest two shots in the mouth I have ever had. There was very little pain from the injection and I barely felt it, surprisingly. These folks are great. GO see them....
