Baldwin Family Dental

Everyone who works at Baldwin Dental is absolutely amazing and they treat you like family. I have had a couple different hygienists for my kids and myself and they ALL exceed my expectations. They are patient and kind, and my kids absolutely love them. Truly an amazing group of people.

Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile. After checking in I was kindly asked to take a seat in the waiting area and was called back slightly sooner than my scheduled appointment which was fantastic. Both Deena and Dr. Panousis were absolutely amazing. I am very self conscious about my teeth and often feel extremely insecure with my smile. They were very understanding and developed a treatment plan that not only addressed my concerns but was also affordable. For someone who has had a lot of Dental treatments while on Active Duty and in the Army Reserves. I can honestly say that my experience here was the best I've ever had. Thank you for your kindness, and for giving me a more confident smile.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They were eager to answer any questions I had and made me feel like I was more than just a number. Customer service is hard to find these days and many doctor’s offices, in particular, have a negative reputation for this. The folks at Baldwin Dental, however, are fantastic. I would highly recommend!

The staff was super sweet and absolutely amazing! Miss Jennifer even made me feel a little better since I was very nervous with it being my first time at the dentist alone. No pain at all. Never had a good time getting a tooth removed but it was honestly the best time!! They are awesome at what they do!!

Miss Ilah was with on may 13th for 4 hours and she was very patient with me walked me through everything that was going to and being done, she also stayed with me the whole time while I was sedated! She is very friendly and has a bubbly personality! My smile looks so much better and my husband absolutely loved her as well! He met her before me, and he absolutely thought she was so wonderful. So it is just her personality. We need someone bubbly and excited, as the dentist is not my favorite place to go she made my experience so much better and I can’t thank her enough. Also Dr W was amazing as well made sure I was comfortable, made sure that I wasn’t in pain, and I had a great experience as well (due to my phobia of the dentist). But Dr. W took very good care of us!!! Thank you both for the awesome care!! We found our new dentist office and won’t go anywhere else <3

I have not been to the dentist for a few years as I had a bad experience before at another office (not Baldwin Dental). I was very scared to go to a new place, and after reading some reviews online for Baldwin and the vast majority of people rating them high, I decided to try it! From the moment I made my appt, I knew I was going to love this place. And for me, loving a dentists office, that never seemed possible. The ladies at the front desk are so very sweet and pleasant, they answer the phone promptly, they always greet with a smile, and even remembered my name! (Not sure if that’s a good thing or not, lol) This dentist office is different from anyone I’ve ever been into, they have many people working which is great, the first appt they only do x-rays as they do not clean your teeth on the same day, and they walk you through every step of the process on everything you need to do for your teeth based off of the x-rays and mouth exam. Baldwin has a little office where a nice young lady will set up your appts, tell you a price, and work with you on getting everything you need. The male and female dentist always approach with jokes, a smile, and a wonderful set of hands to work on your teeth, (like magic hands). Ashley is my dental hygienist and I beg for her everytime, as I know everyone else in the facility is great, I just love her. I enjoy all the vast knowledge she gives me when she cleans my teeth, tells me every step of the way what she is doing, and explains how I can better handle my teeth to prevent further dental damage. If you are needing a new dentist, or even if you aren’t looking for a new dentist, I would give this place a try. Baldwin Dental is amazing in the aspect of you not having to be referred to many different facilities to get your teeth finished. They do teeth cleanings, deep cleanings, x-rays, whitening, partials, dentures, implants, and many more all in their office. They are always willing to work with you, and the ladies at the front desk always ask how your visit was when you are being checked out. I highly recommend Baldwin dental, you won’t regret it. I’ve only been twice and had somewhat of a dental emergency. They got me in within a couple of days and everyone has been so nice and accommodating! The place is nice and clean! Going back in a few weeks ….. so far so good! Would recommend!

What a great experience!
I was referred to Baldwin Family Dentist and was apprehensive to see a new facility. First impressions were great! Seen quickly and all of the staff was friendly and helpful.
I was seen by Ayla and immediately felt as if I was in a good place. She listened to my complaint and immediately went to “work”. Within minutes I had X-Rays and pictures with a diagnosis for my tooth pain.
To my dismay I had a few more issues than I suspected but had a comprehensive diagnosis with a well understood plan to address my problems. Every question I had was quickly addressed and I truly felt like they “cared” about my well being. Previous dental work from other providers was adequate (at best) but when I left Baldwin I felt like I will be receiving quality dentistry.
While Ayla was my main contact, and a huge reason I was at ease, the entire staff seemed to really enjoy their jobs and sought out ways to accommodate.
Odd to say..... but I look forward to going back! Not too keen on having dental tools in my mouth but am confident that I am going to receive quality care.

Had my first appointment with Baldwin Family Dental and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Katrina my dental hygienist was so nice and friendly. They take such care in what they do there. They were very gentle, explained everything. Definitely recommend them for all your dental needs.
