I am overly impressed with Baldwin Dental! First off I cannot think of one negative thing to say and that fills me with joy that I found a dental office that I do not dread going to. Being pregnant, the last thing I wanted to do was go to the dentist but I know the importance of dental hygiene and finally went. I am so glad I did. This dental office is a whole new experience. The first day I went I had an exam, found out I needed some cavities filled. The next day I came in I had a cleaning. I have never experienced a hygienist that was so kind and compassionate about her work as she was. Thank you Connie!!! Dr. Waheed is also great, he's also very professional and dedicated to his patients. I also met with the lady in charge of running insurance and benefits. She is very sweet and really knows how to connect with patients. I had the honors of meeting these great people, although I don't know all the staff, I know for sure they are all great. If you dread going to the dentist, thats just about everyone...please give Baldwin Dental a chance!

I had to select a new dentist because I am now receiving VA benefits and my current dentist which I had been with for over 10 years did not accept or file VA insurance. I was satisfied and comfortable with my current provider and dreaded the change, just so you know. Did you know that if you are a qualified veteran and are requesting dental services that you can request the dentist office of your choice as long as you know they accept the VA insurance? This is exactly what I did. Even if you are sent somewhere else you can make a second request which is what I did. I chose Baldwin Dental as my new provider. I want you to know I could not have made a better choice. The facility is clean and appears to be modern. The entire staff were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional at all times. A special thanks to the hygienist who did the x-rays and cleaning, she kept me informed on what she was doing in advance so I knew what was going on at all times. I liked that, good job, thanks Deana! Thank you Dr. Waheed for your personal inspection and your recommendations for future dental care. It's easy to see how your practice won the Patient's Choice award for Panama City. I will highly recommend your services to anyone.

I chipped my tooth the night after Christmas and called Baldwin dental after looking at the reviews online. They were able to fit me in that day! No insurance and still was not over-priced! Angel was the one who helped me and was great! Good conversation and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this dental office. My family and I have been coming here for a few years. We have had our regular cleanings and Invisalign done here. Jennifer and Ilah ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) are awesome!! They are very thorough and clearly explain everything. They do have a lot of patients and are always busy so you may have to wait at times, but it is worth the wait. The ladies at the front are always nice and helpful and do their best to work with your schedule. Again, highly recommend and the staff deserves recognition!

Ashley does such a wonderful and thorough cleaning of my family's teeth. Everything is scheduled in 6 month intervals where we never miss a cleaning or annual x-ray. We have been coming here for over 15 years! Dr. Waheed and his team rock! They are truly the best!

New to this area , I had a front crown to come off and this dental office was recommended by a friend. When I called in the morning they could see me that afternoon. What a surprise, I even have to wait to see my dentist at permanent residence. Upon arrival I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism After examination and X-rays it was determined that the root would not hold the gluing crown back on. Then Dr Waheed explained all my options and Amanda checked insurance coverage. The X-rays showed there was infection. Dr W . Inserted a pin to allow drainage and so a week of antibiotics and return. I’m saying all of this because most dentist would have glued crown back on without second thought of checking anything else. I commend Dr W for caring about me and Amanda for checking the insurance payment for the options See you soon.
