Reception ladies are always professional and on top of things. The wait is a bit longer than it use to be but it’s a nice waiting room with complimentary beverages. The hygienists are awesome!
They get the job done with a great chair side attitude. The dentists are always super nice and upfront.

I started going here because my daughter goes to the pediatrician in the same building and thought I would try them out for my family. My daughter, who was 6 at the time, had never been to the dentist before and she was very nervous but the staff made her feel very comfortable and explained everything that was going to happen to put her at ease. Unfortunately she had to have a couple teeth pulled and that was pretty rough but because of their kindness and sensitivity toward my daughter she had no problem going back for her regular cleaning.
At a time when it could have been traumatizing and forever kept her from liking the dentist she went home and told me that she wants to be a dentist when she grows up.
As for me, I had to have a deep cleaning for periodontal disease and the staff was just as caring and amazing with me as they were with my daughter.
I totally recommend anyone of any age to visit with this wonderful staff.

I have been going to Baldwin Dental for many years now and they have always taken good care of me. My daughter transfered dentists and Monday was her first cleaning and exam at Baldwin dental. Ashley was very nice and did a great job. Connie usually does my cleanings and does a wonderful job as well. Dr Waheed and staff are wonderful, professional, caring, and non-judgmental. While all of the hygienists are fabulous, I have had Connie the past couple times and she is outstanding - extremely careful, thorough, and knowledgeable. I love Baldwin Family Dental so much that even after relocating to Pensacola after Hurricane Michael, I still make the drive to Panama City to their office for my dental care. They are the best!

Baldwin dental have been great! I transfered my family after having issues getting my kids into there previous dentist. Even with the pandemic they worked with us to get us all in to get caveties fixed and over due cleanings. Every one is very nice also.

We absolutely love Baldwin Family Dental. I've been a patient of Dr. Waheed's since he was under another dentist at a different practice and followed him when he opened his own practice. They're always kind, friendly, and diligent.
I had my 6-month checkup yesterday with the dental hygienist, Ashley. She was amazing! Funny, brilliant, and thorough! She basically gave me a brief rundown of oral hygiene 101. I love learning about new things and she made the process an absolute delight!
