I went in for a broke crown and a cavity. Dentist said he needed to pull 3 other crowns for being cracked. My cavity was not sent in for approval, so that never got done. The last crown never got put on, I called and the secretary didn't know what I was talking about. I had to get a new dentist who stated I needed an implant, I cant afford an implant, so my crown that I had no issues with is still gone after 2 years. Also, you will wait forever in this establishment, they overbook and squeeze you in like herded cattle. I now am being referred to a third dentist, I pray my tooth can be saved. Your response is horrible, insurance did approve it, no where in this review did I say insurance was to blame. Do not project your mistakes and greed on insurance, your response makes things worse. Ma'am the crown was approved, you never put it in. My insurance paid for that. I have been without a crown that should have never been taken out for over 2 years, ma'am . Quit projecting ma'am!

Ashley was the hygienist that did my cleaning and x-rays today. Ashley did a great job. She was very professional and pleasant and did a great job on my teeth. Nothing like freshly cleaned teeth.

I definitely recommend Baldwin Family Dental. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I went into my appointment feeling quite anxious. However, when Ilah came to take me back to the exam area I started to feel more at ease. She was so nice, attentive, and made sure I was doing good. Dr. Waheed was friendly, clearly explained my care options, and asked if I had any questions or concerns.
