This dental office is fine but don’t expect anything exceptional, especially when it comes to getting into your appointments on time. I have been coming here every 6 months for a few years and routinely wait 30-45 minutes for an appointment. While at my grandmothers funeral on over the weekend, I received a voicemail to confirm a Monday appointment. Since I was not available until after business hours I called to confirm on Monday morning and arrived at my afternoon appointment only to be told it had been canceled since I did not confirm the appointment earlier. I honestly don’t know why this office even bothers making appointments when they can’t keep to a schedule and cancel appointments without notice (meaning they call at the end of the day on a weekend leaving no time for a return call to confirm the appointment then cancel for you). I’m irritated with this dentist and will not be returning due to their scheduling inadequacies, among other things. Save yourself some time in waiting rooms and go someplace else.
Edited to add since I can't reply to their response: If the policy is to receive confirmation or an appointment will be canceled, you should A. give more than a few hours opportunity to return a call (ie do not call at the end of your last business day of the week to confirm a Monday morning appointment) and B. State your policy in the voicemail left. I literally did not have an opportunity to return your call before the business was closed for the weekend. I did call on Monday morning and spoke with your staff before I came in, so how was my appointment canceled when I arrived? Additionally, this is not a one time experience. I have not had full Xrays done in over a year because of your lack of time available in my scheduled appointments because, again, you routinely leave patients in waiting rooms for 30 - 45 minutes PAST appointment times. All I'm saying is that if anyone values punctuality, don't go here. I have already gone to another dentist.

A great experience from start to finish! I broke one of my teeth and had never had any dental work done ever, so I was a nervous wreck. The wonderful ladies on the staff got me In super fast, were very thorough in explaining the process and calming me down. The doctor and hygenists did great work and made sure I was comfortable and doing ok. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Ashley and Connie treated me and my dad in our appointments and let me tell you, the best service. They cleaned our teeth great and have filled many of my cavities at this dentist and I highly recommend going to the dentist for all of your dental needs amazing service and the nurses and doctors have such a great attitude for their work; they are so nice. Been a patient since 2012. Never a bad experience. Almost always on schedule and when not, never beyond 15 min wait beyond scheduled appt time.
Today, 10/21/21 is not an exception.
