I had called nearly every dentist in my area this week for an emergency appointment- i had facial swelling, pain and a definite infection. Baldwin was the only one who seemed to really care and got me in the same day I called. I have HORRIBLE anxiety, especially at the dentist, and the dental assistant (i forget her name, but she was wonderful and told me she was having twins!) and Dr Waheed were so kind!! They truly set my mind at ease, my teeth are in terrible shape and for the first time ever, I received zero judgement at the dentist. They made me feel like I had no reason to be ashamed. They also got me in next week for the work I need done, and I went in expecting extractions per my last two dentists, Dr Waheed is able to save 3 of my front teeth that I thought were hopeless.
The insurance coordinator was also so kind and helped me understand the finances and insurance portion which was amazing as this is my first time going through this by myself.

I called with a problem with my wisdom tooth and even tho i had no insurance they were very friendly and give me my appointment right away. The date of my appointment the girl in the front desk was super nice I didn’t wait for long at all, Brittney and Kiki took care of me while i was there and they were amazing. They went above n beyond to make me feel comfortable and help me. Everyone was super friendly and nice….

My son broke his tooth in half while riding his bike which caused his nerve roots to be exposed. I called them as soon as I heard about them and they got me in the same day, fixed my sons tooth and was on our way. The doctor is very friendly and was able to keep him calm. Jennifer and Keke were great as well. They helped me with understanding his treatment plan and getting him taken care of.
