Very nice and comical staff. Great at explanations and small talk to reduce anxiety! Heather and Dr. Colias make a great team!!! Office staff is friendly and helpful as well. I will recommend Bay Dental Center to anyone searching for a great team of health care professionals.

I've been working with Dr.Collias and his staff for several years now. He has been the only dentist that gave me hope that I would be appliance free at some point. Not with him, I have had regular braces twice and they could not correct the issues.

Dr. Collias had me try Invisalign and this method has not only corrected my issues but for the first time in 15 years, I do not have to wear a mouth appliance during the day! Just a retainer at night. I am confident when I smile now because it looks amazing! Thank you Dr. Collias and his amazing staff.

The office ladies have always been nice to me when I come in. I feel welcomed there and well taken care of.

I love Bay Dental, they get me in on time, do what they say they are going to do and always follow-up. I feel very taken care of and comfortable with the service provided. The high tech dental care is awesome and amazing to watch. My teeth look great and are well maintained at Bay Dental!

Won't be returning - lost confidence. A bit over a year ago I had 2 new crowns put in. These were NOT the temporary crowns which were removed when the permanents were put in. They were the permanent new crowns. A few days ago both these crows fell out at the same time.

I called the dentist and after giving the woman answering the phone my info she said, "These are your Temporary crowns?". I said no they were my permanent crowns. I was scheduled for the next day. When I went in the next day after checking in I was taken back to one of the rooms by one of the dental assistants and she pulled up my records on the office computer. She looked at them and said the same thing.... she asked if these were my temporary crowns. Again I said no they weren't.

I have had crowns fall out before and have always noted remnants of cement on the inside of the tooth. There were absolutely no signs of cement inside either of the crowns that fell out which I thought was odd. Also when I have had crowns fall out and put back in by other dentists they have always had to clean the odd spot of cement off the tooth before replacing the crown that had fallen out.

In this case the dentist didn't have to clean any cement off either of my teeth before replacing the crown, though they did fit differently and they had to file them down a bit

Heres what I highly suspect happened. They used temporary cement on my permanent crowns. I am also not feeling comfortable over the fact that in the time I have been going there there appears to have been at least two major changes of office personnel and at least some dental assistants. Other dentists I have gone to over the years have always had pretty much the same personnel year after year. The high changeover at this dentist seems odd. I have witnessed three different groups of office personnel in as many years and have never seen a dental assistant more than the first encounter. Its always someone different. Don't even see a familiar face (dental assistant) looking into dental booths as I pass by

To put the icing on the cake... I kind of figured they would take some responsibility for two crowns falling out after slightly more than one year. They didn't and charged me $200 for each crown! $400 total for cementing them back in... a 5-10 minute procedure.

Finally I have also become uncomfortable with the dentist pushing cosmetic procedures and what I suspect are corrective procedures that I don't need. I really don't think my teeth need to be re-aligned as that is the reason given for both crowns falling out.

I don’t usually post reviews but in this case I had to. I have been going to the same dentist for years and they were great. Thought they couldn’t be any better. I recently went to Bay Dental Center for a second opinion and they took time to realize an issue that was missed previously. They scheduled appointments with partnering dentists to help expedite the treatment (root canal on a molar). The root canal was painless and the crown Dr Colias used was flawless. Best crown I have ever seen. It literally looks like a real, natural tooth. I was measured for it one Monday and called the next Monday to have it put on because they already had it in the office. I was also concerned about the comfort and functionality since I have one crown already that doesn’t look and function as well as it could. Not the case in this one, perfect doesn’t describe how well it looks and functions. The staff is the best. Felt right at home. Sensitive yet warming with conversation and humor. Dr Colias is very thorough, down to earth, high energy and super attentive to your needs. Great team! Thank you!

I chose Bay Dental Center for my Invisalign. Everyone from the office staff, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Collias himself exceeded my expectations!! They always made me feel comfortable and never rushed. Dr. Collias tool his time and made sure that I understood the process. Excellent experience. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Bay Dental Center...not just for Invisalign...but for good overall general oral health.

Dr. Collias is wonderful and his staff is amazing! Our dental insurance changed and we had to find a new dentist. Our family couldn't be happier with the decision to switch to Bay Dental Center. ❤️

I have been seeing Dr. Collias for a few years now, he always remembers me and is so kind and welcoming. We had been working on my TMJ and jaw pain when he suggested Botox to relax the muscles. Well I didn't listen and put it off, then I couldn't close my jaw! This was during the Covid-19 shutdown but he got me in as it was an emergency. When I tell you that after 2 treatments I have 0 pain most I absolutely mean it. No pain, no clicking... after 10+ years of pain it's amazing. I am so thankful to Dr. Collias for suggesting it, and being willing to learn and try new treatments!

I went to Dr Collias last week to have my crown recemented. I was visiting Panama City and would be leaving the next day. His office staff made room for me in his schedule on short notice. When Dr Collias examined me he explained what had to be done in depth and understandable terminology. My recovery was uneventful and I was very pleased with the service I received.

Dr. Collias has taken care of my dental work for many years. Always very professional and attentive. I am always reactive instead of proactive when it comes to my teeth and Dr Collias always fits me in on a moments notice. I highly recommend Dr Collias to anyone needing dental work.
