Dr. A and his assistant are amazing!! Very informative! The whole office has a very welcoming energy. Dr. A explained everything so well. I received a deep cleaning today (11/22/22) and the dental hygienist also made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this office. I travel for work and this is the best dental place I have ever encountered. Absolutely considering this as my forever dentist. When my career brings me across the states, I will travel back to Dr. A for all my dental needs. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

This place is amazing!! Everyone is kind and friendly; it’s very relaxing. Dr. Heidami has been nothing but professional, and seems as happy as I am to be on my journey back to good health. Emmy Dobbins does my cleanings and general, 15/10 would recommend to anyone who will listen. If you don’t feel good about going to the dentist, then this place is for you. They all take really good care!

First off I'll start off by saying the dentist is the best dentist I've ever been to and the same goes for the staff in the office.. They ALWAYS make sure to make my family and I feel completely comfortable and welcomed.. The doctor nor the staff ever make you feel rushed and they make sure to take the time to listen to all your questions or concerns.. Myself and my family will never go to another dentist again as long as we have Baytown Dental!! I want to personally thank everyone at Baytown Dental for all your hard work and the great experience you give my family and I every time we come and see you!! You Guys Are The Best!!

Dr. A is awesome. He and Autumn definitely make it A LOT easier for me to have dental work done. I even got to take a nap. 😊 I have been in the dental field for over 20 years and have seen the work of many. So yes…. I can brag that I work for the two most amazing dentists in Bay County, Dr. A and Dr. Heidami. At Baytown Dental you are never treated like a number. Every patient matters to us. I’m so appreciate of everyone at Baytown Dental. To the front office, hygienist staff (Stephanie) and Dr. A, everyone was professional and kind. I had an emergency root canal over the weekend and got a call before 8 am on a Monday and seen immediately, treated the same day and finished procedure the following morning. I was in so much pain when I arrived and I was made to feel seen and heard with compassion and care through my entire procedure. The technology in the office was also 5 star as I got a replacement crown the same day. Dr. A is very thorough and knowledgeable and walked me through everything. Thank you all for the wonderful care.

Phenomenal and caring Staff! Cindy is an awesome Dental Hygienist and even though this was my first visit with her for my semi-annual cleaning, she sincerely cares about her clients! Cindy definitely takes pride in her work which is evident in the service received! Her goal is to provide you with the very best service performed to perfection! I'm new in town, and switched from a "corporate" practice to Baytown (after one visit to the former), and am glad I did. In retrospect, I wish I had gone to Baytown immediately. This is more of a neighborhood, boutique-style practice, and they saved both my insurer and me hundreds of $$$ and a great deal of time by recommending a much simpler approach to getting back on track, post-Covid. Emmy was wonderful, and so was the rest of the staff. Together, they placed me on a treatment path that is more comfortable, quicker, and more affordable than I had thought possible.

I can’t say enough about the my experience with this dental group. The front office was so helpful and professional. Jennifer is such an asset to this organization. She did everything to make me as comfortable as I could be. I was in extreme pain with an infected tooth but she was fantastic. Now on to Dr. Heidami. I highly recommend this caring as well as skilled Dentist. I want you to know I was an orthopedic manager for 30 years and I know good and caring people. Thank you all again for speeding my recovery up and helping me through a difficult time.

As a person who is scared of the dentist because of bad experiences, Baytown dental definitely change that. Such an amazing experience! Super friendly & caring team. Dr. Heidami is absolutely the best start to finish!

I have been a patient of Baytowne Dental for years. Dr. Heidami is the most kind and personable dentist I've ever met. He is very caring, gentle, listens to all of my concerns, and has a great sense of humor. The entire staff is top notch. I have never felt like I was given a service that wasn't absolutely necessary. They tell me ahead of time how much my procedure will cost, how much my insurance will pay, and how much I will be responsible for. I always know they have my best interest in mind. The only tiny suggestion I would have is to encourage the hygienist to practice a slower, more gentle flossing technique. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever. I love this place, and I recommend your office every time someone asks for a referral.
