Love this clinic! The staff are nice and friendly. My hygienist Courtney did a great job. She is so nice and so gentle. Always nice to see Dr. Thompson. Very positive experience all the time. Thank you for the great service!

Best Dental office in Bay County. Positive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am so glad my old dental office stopped taking my insurance because I am glad to have made the switch. My kids (6, 17) love it too!!

My last cleanings have been with Sage, she is very kind, sweet, nice. As a professional she is excellent, she does the cleaning deeply, very detailed and careful. The office is very clean and pleasant. I have been visiting the office for quite some time, my husband as well for dental cleaning every six months we have been very pleased with this dentist office to date.
I do recommend Sage for your cleanings !!!

I called and left a message over the weekend about my tooth and was delighted to have someone follow on Saturday. They promptly made an appointment for me to be seen by Dr. Thompson on Monday morning. This office is always on time too. Each person I interact with is professional & friendly. I highly recommend Forest Park Dentistry!

I just had my first appointment with Forest Park Dental after having been to two other dental practices. Everyone I encountered at the office was professional. The hygienist (Sage) that I had was very thorough and answered any questions that I had. I also saw Dr. Thompson for my dental exam. She also was professional and thorough. My family and I had been with our previous dentist back home in CT for 39 years. I never thought I would find anyone as good and as thorough. However, I did. Forest Park Dental group is amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I and all my family members have been their patients since year 2018. I had done 2 crowned teeth service within 4 years but both two times I had paid 100% service fee because their staff did not submit enough evidence with the dentist notes as the insurance required. There were one of front door staff was rudely to me when I requested they need to work with the insurance office again for my cases because without insurance compensation I have to pay in full for my teeth in future . They were hurting my feeling by her responses. However s, although I was not happy with the front door staff but most of their dentists and technicians are great and doing good jobs. I am sad to consider to transfer my family‘ s dentists to a new office but I am afraid of without their dedicated admin jobs to their patients like me then I can not have insurance compensation after I used the services.

For someone who came to this office for the first time, I have to say that I was impressed. I have anxiety over going to the dentist, and I was made very comfortable. The hygenist, Courtney was very gentle, but thorough. I have already made my next appt with her. The dentist, Dr Pascale left me in charge of my care. She made my options for care available, but didn't push me in any direction. Furthermore, there was no BS when it came to billing (something which seems to be very commonplace here). My insurance was accepted, and there were no issues. I would definitely recommend this office to the newcomer to the area.

There are really so many good things to say. Dr. Pascoli is really great! And so are all of her assistants. She is very upfront and informative about all the things she can do and what she can’t. Everyone lets you know how much things are going to cost beforehand as well, so you don’t get sideswiped by it. Everyone I’ve met are a total joy to interact with, making the whole experience much better than it probably should be. Thank you for making me comfortable especially with the very uncomfortable situation I faced. Thank you.

Love Dr. Pascoli and Sage!! Actually the entire staff is amazing. I have always had an extreme fear of going to the dentist and these 2 have cured that fear. I actually get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and don’t cancel appointments anymore. 🥰😁

I used to get uneasy every time I had a dentist appointment but ever since I changed dentist to Forest Park that has changed. They greet me with a smile, explain all the procedures and make me feel comfortable even had a blanket ready since I get cold. The whole crew is wonderful, so I recommend them if your looking for a dentist that cares about you, the Paitent.
