April 9 2021 was my first experience with this dental office. I really enjoyed my time there. There was no attitude from any staff members that I interacted with. I like my new dentist. Nicol with no *e*. Hahaha. Wanda my new dental assistant. Jennifer-good looking out on the elbows. Hahaha . And Niurka-whose name is definitely not Erica. Lol... The restroom was not dirty. ..... I really hope that all my dental appointments continue to be as smooth as this was. I really appreciated the goodie bag. I love everything that was given. I really do like things as simple as that. :)

I came today with my wife, we both needed a cleaning my wife has 4 cavities that needed to get treated and the dentist said he didn’t see any but he had the light off when he was examining her. I had some build up tartar since my last visit to the dentist, nothing major but I was told that in order to clean that it had to be a major cleaning and it was going to cost me an additional $200. The cleaning it self, pretty much all they did was brush my teeth and floss did not feel like an actual dentist visit. saw some of the reviews that said “painless” no shi*** all they do it’s brush your teeth. Definitely never going there again and i already filed a complaint with my insurance. This clinic just want to charge more for things they should already do. I also needed a mouth guard since I bite on my sleep but dentist didn’t see that either and he told my wife she should get one just because my wife told him that she bites at night too, if he had examined us both correctly he probably would of made more money telling us what we really needed instead of trying to over charge for a cleaning. The lady at the front desk definitely needs some improvements on her customer service skills. I do have one good thing to say and that is the lady doing the X-rays has better customer service than anyone in that office. She seemed new and hurt us both doing the x-rays a bit but she made up with her personality.

Dr Miranda and her team are an amazing group, you are made to feel comfortable in a very clean and professionally friendly environment. Everything is explained in detail along with graphics so there is no guessing, no wondering and no need to be frightened.
My dental procedures were carried out with care and patience giving me a smile worth grinning for.
Thank you Dr Miranda and your team of outstanding individuals, you have made going to the dentist easy, and your singing is “ music to the ears “ the sign of a happy person at work.

Let me start off by saying I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST!!! With that being said, I was very nervous about what was about to take place. So I had attitude. The entire staff was fabulous at putting me.at ease. They saw the apprehension in me and dealt with me accordingly. I appreciate the all the explainrions given every step of the way. Y'ALL JUST GOT A NEW PT FOR LIFE!!! To Wanda, Dr. Valenzuela(and he is so handsome!!) And Darlina, THANK YOU ALL!!

From the time I walked in on the first day Ivana and Saundra treated me like they knew me.. caring, and answered every question I had. When I returned for first appointment 2 months later they both remembered me and were so nice once again.. professional and welcoming. I then met Stephanie who was AMAZING!!!
