Dentists of Pines was excellent! The staff is very friendly and patient. Dr. Miranda is super! I highly recommend, very pleased with my visit and dental care!

I tried this place for the first time, 2 weeks ago and would never go back. The dentist went over all of this work I “needed” done in my mouth. You would literally think I have a mouth of a 90 year old if you read the reccomendations. The dentist told me I needed two root canals and one “immediately” and that they could get started on it during that visit. Let me inform you, I have ZERO pain, discomfort, or sensitivity. I told him I would like to hold off and go for a second opinion. They quoted me $4,000k +, which INCLUDED what my insurance covers (great insurance). I went for my second opinion and was told that I DON’T need any root canals and that the work that needs to be done is on old fillings. My bill $560.00!!!!!! I can’t imagine all of the people that get scammed at this place!! Secondly, on one of the images there was an incidental finding, the doctor told me they have to send off for an official report. It took over 2 weeks for results, they send they had to send it over 4 times. Only reason why I scheduled an appointment with them is because I remember some promotion they were having for Invisalign so I wanted to get a quote and decided to my routine dental visit there as of convenience. Which I didn’t even get a consult for. (SmileXperts 5 stars).

This is the first time in my life that I don’t dread going to the dentist! The entire staff is friendly, personable and professional, from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentists. I highly recommend this office and will most definitely be back.

This office is the best!!!! The customer service is professional always, Dr. Bueno is the best dentist I’ve ever had! I’m ALWAYS nervous and drive her nuts every time I go! She always says, don’t worry relax, you’ll be fine! She gives you so much attention.
Her assist Menhaz is kind and gentle as well, it was a pleasure having her assist the doctor.

Great 1st experience here! Yessenia at the front desk immediately set the tone for this pleasant experience with her friendly demeanor. Dr. Diaz and her dental assistant Ana were also very lovely and patient, and did a phenomenal job of addressing and explaining all of my dental concerns and issues. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Could not possibly be happier with my experience here, the friendliness is unmatched. You can just tell you’re being taken care of properly, and not being sold nonsense. Wanda is the absolute sweetest, such a welcoming person. And I can’t wait to continue my treatment here. Never thought I’d say that about a dentist office but here we are

First Dentist that ever told me to find another Dentist! Said I had a bad attitude. My response was I don’t know to many people that are happy about getting a route canal. The Dentist brought four other people in when she told me to find another Dentist. Needless to say I will never go back to this location.

First time here. The staff is awesome. Very helpful and attentive. Dr. Miranda is very kind and explained the process from beginning to end. I was able to get everything I needed done in one day without having to come back multiple times like with other dentist offices. I felt very cared for and treated with respect and attention. I'm not someone who looks forward to going to see the dentist but I feel a lot more at ease having Dr. Miranda as my new dentist.

I had an amazing experience with the entire team! From the front staff to Dr. Miranda to Wanda. I felt comfortable, well taken care of, & would def recommend this office to anyone looking for a good, clean, friendly dentist office.
