NEGLIGENT & INEXPERIENCED I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dr. Fragra lacks experience and should not work on clients. 2 of my teeth were bothering me and the only option she presented was to extract 3 teeth. In the
process of getting my teeth extracted she kept breaking my teeth in multiple parts and she kept tweezing my lips which she left bruised to make matters worse she did not know which tools to use that she kept switching different tools every other minute definitely not reassuring for a client. After 24 hours my gums are still bleeding which has never happened to me with other dentists. If you need dental work DO NOT GO THERE go to an experienced dentist.
The front desk girl (Jennifer) is very unprofessional when I called she said she would send me an email to fill out just to find out when I got there she had sent the email to another email address plus she had me standing there for 7 minutes with no communication then asked me if I sent her an email when she never had given me an email address to send it to. NEVER AGAIN. I’ll take my business elsewhere and go to a trained and professional dental office.
