Emerald Coast Family Dentistry misrepresented their services. I called multiple times asking the exact amount for a first time cleaning for a new patient who had X-rays and was told it would be $99 each time. Once I got there for my appointment I was given 10 minutes where they checked my gums and looked over my mouth for oral cancer, but a toothbrush or cleaning supply NEVER touched my mouth. I was then told I needed to pay the $100 (so where exactly did the $99 come from?) THEN they told me I needed to get back on the schedule and come back in for a teeth cleaning where I would pay another $99.
I’ve lived in my 9 different cities for my previous career many of my dentists have become close friends. Never in my life have I been charged $100 when X-rays weren’t even taken and my teeth weren’t cleaned at all. I called multiple times saying I needed to schedule a teeth cleaning, so why was I not told that this first appointment would just be a brief look at my mouth? I would have gone somewhere else that cost less and included the exam AND the cleaning. I’m very disappointed with their dishonestly and misrepresentation of services.

Emerald Coast Family Dentistry is wonderful... gentle, yet very thorough...thanks for your thoughts and recommendations on treatment of my dry mouth. Looking forward to the rest of the work I have to get done.
Govid19 precautions are very evident from parking to the inside in every stage of treatment. Here, even though everyone is masked, everyone has smiles in their eyes. Dental work can be great if you go to Emerald Coast Family Dentistry.

Staff was patient, professional, and accommodating. Office was impeccably clean and well ran. The new patient paperwork was filled out electronically in the office and the staff guided me through the process. I had an 8 am appointment as a new patient and was back in my chair seeing Dr. Georgiades within 15 minutes of my arrival. Both the hygienist and Dr. Georgiades were thorough and polite. I fully recommend this dentist office for anyone looking for an excellent dental experience.

My appointments are always first thing in the morning so I can go to work after. My hygienist did a good job but she talked too much. She kept stopping what she was doing to talk. I would've liked to get out of there faster so I could get to work. Jennifer Georgiades MD is great. She's not rough during exams and procedures. Hardly ever come out of there in pain.

My family loves this office! Not only are they great to my husband and myself, but they are absolutely amazing with my 3 year old son. They take their time with him and make sure he knows what is happening every step of the way...and never push him if he seems uncomfortable.

Have always hate, hate, hated going to the dentist! It was always a bare knuckle experience! Yet, since going to Emerald Coast it is ......just about....a pleasure. Always walk in to smiling faces! The hygienists are great..Jennifer is a sweetie! The dentist, well I really like her because she has small hands! That is a bonus! She has been great! She has taken good care of my husband and I, so much so, that as snowbirds, we no longer have a dentist up North! Today, I was a walk-in with problems. I think Rachel Ray helped me! Fantastic place for being a dentist office!
