Dr. Shehadeh provided me with an amazing experience. I have a strong fear of the dentist and becasue of it I haven't been in such a long time. As a result, when I visited Dr. Shahadeh I had an ample amount of cavities that needed to be filled! I was so nervous but thankfully he knows exactly what he is doing and made the procedure simple and pain-free. I expressed my concern with needles so he put a numbing cream on my gums before using the novacane and I didn't feel a thing. If you aren't a fan of the dentist I highly recommend this doctor!!! He will make you feel at ease. The receptionist Ingrid was extremely sweet and kept her promise that the doctor would take good care of me. I will be going back sooner than later for another cleaning from Dr. Shehadeh.

Worst ever. They lied about my teeth and tried to lock me into a periodontal process that I did not need. It cost far more than my insurance would pay. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and the dentist did not see the need. He provided me a periodontist for another opinion. Learned there my gums and teeth were fine. All I need is the normal cleanings, flossing and regular brushing. This place is robbery, yikes!!!!

These two stars are only because the dentist seemed nice for the 5 minutes I met with him. Other than that, I don't know if I've had a worse experience at a dentist. From the get-go the receptionist, Maria, was not very pleasant. She seemed annoyed when I even asked her to repeat a question!
My main huge complaint with this office is that my insurance covers a general cleaning twice a year, and Maria told me I could not even have that!
The dentist recommended a more extensive gum debridement, etc. that would be $80 extra. He then sent Maria back in to go over the costs (because I asked about them).
I said I did not want the extra services today and just wanted the general cleaning my copay ALLOWED, and that was it. Maria said I could not have the general cleaning at all. I literally asked Maria: "So, I have to get the $80 of work done, or I have to leave??" And she said YES. She said I could not have just the general cleaning because my mouth "has bacteria". UMmmm, we all have bacteria in our mouth, at all times...that does not make sense. Needless to say, I chose to leave.
I literally called my insurance on the drive home and they said they had NEVER heard of a situation like that, and that the dentist was supposed to give me a general cleaning if I wanted it. They confirmed I was not obligated to get any extra services. So basically this place just tried to scam me.
I'm not sure if Maria was just following dentist's orders or not. Either way, I would never recommend or return here.
I called Maria back after calling my insurance just to make sure she knew she was wrong.
This is obviously a dishonest place, or at least my experience with Maria was.

Needed a crown and bonding of a front tooth. Very nice office, so far the doctor has done a great job, no pain and the bonding looks better than it did before. The most important thing, they laugh at my jokes.

I’ve been going to Dr. Shehadeh’s office for almost 2 years now and Its always been a great experience. Dr.Shehadeh and staff are very experienced and they treat their customers like family. I highly recommend Dr. Shehadeh, you wont regret it.
