I would not recommend anyone to give them business strictly due to the unprofessional way the business is run. I called as a new patient for a basic cleaning and x-rays, gave them all of my information including insurance. They said the first available appointment they had would be a few weeks so I took first available. At this point I also verified that they took my insurance and they said absolutely and we will see you for your visit. They called me 5 days before my appointment to verify that I would be there and I confirmed. They day before my appointment they called me to confirm again and I said yes. Four hours later less than 24 hours before my appointment they called and said that they do not take my insurance but would be more than happy to keep my appointment and charge me full price. I have now lost a days work and still need to find another dentist. Girls who answer the phone and deal with scheduling are rude and not understanding to my situation. Once again very unprofessional and not a good practice of business!!! DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!!!

I come to Smile Every to see Dr. Lieberman for Orthodontist treatment. I love the professionalism and passion the whole team puts into providing a good experience to their patients. The doctor and assistants answer to every question in detail and they are very friendly as well. I definetly recommend this office if you are thinking on guetting any treatment.

I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I as new clients. Everyone was very nice and they scheduled us both for appointments for 2 days later in the evening.
When I called as an existing client to confirm the appointments on the day of, they were no longer nice and polite. They told me that only I was scheduled for that day and my daughter was scheduled for the following week. This is not what they told me when i originally scheduled the appointments. I never agreed to the appointment for my daughter for the following week. There was no apology, only a "Take it or leave it attitude" I left it.
I feel like I dodged a bullet on this one. The Dentist may be amazing but the office staff definitely seems to have a few issues.

The staffs were super nice and honestly this is one of the best experience I’ve had in a dental clinic. Carlos who was my dental hygienist was so nice and he made sure I was comfortable and a great place to bring children!!! 10/10
