As a nurse, I always pay close attention to bedside manner, kindness, honesty, and empathy. After losing more teeth than I care to admit, you can't help but to be a little embarrassed. Well, EVERYONE in this office is so incredibly kind and compassionate as well as super gentle! After several visits here, I feel completely comfortable, and SO grateful to have finally found a group of outstanding professionals!!! Dr. Baez and the entire staff here are amazing! My whole family has been coming here for years and we are more than happy. I had to have an emergency root canal and crown and they got me right in and explained everything. The waiting area and exam rooms are also very clean, inviting, and recently renovated, which my wife really loves. The best part, they all work so well together communicating with me throughout my procedures which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. We will keep coming and wait until our kids get to see them!

Dr Alyssa Gonzalez is an excellent dentist. I was very lucky to find her . Not only she is very personable but she is also knowledgeable and compassionate. She helped me in a time of distress when I had a dental emergency , however she has shown the same enthusiasm every time she takes care of me. I took my young adult with her and she also had a pleasant experience.I have to mention that the staff is very attentive and polite . I would definitely recommend this dental practice as your office. I hope to have Dr Alyssa as my dentist for a very long time.

My husband and I had been to many Dental Clinics over the years in South Florida, but the service’s provided here are beyond excellent. Dr. Baez made sure that patient understands the priority concerns of your dental health, and not overwhelming you about other dental issues that doesn’t require a concern at the moment. It’s a one at a time approach I would say. And I like that.
And Nancy is the most excellent hygienist we have ever encountered among many. You can really sense her dedication and passion to what she does. She always do her job awesomely. You can really feel and see difference and improvements of your dental condition every after service she provides. Other staff are also great and welcoming. O! Btw! Moving from out of town, New Jersey, and having an excellent professional relationship with my Dentist for over 20 years moving to Palm Aire with no sense of who might be my next professional it was such an exceptional surprise to happen upon Dr. Joel! The staff that assists him in his work are excellent and very friendly without being overly so. Flexibility with scheduling and adjusting from prior schedule appointments is a breeze. Wisdom teeth are the most painful teeth. They have been the very first ones to react to my messages and accommodate an appointment the next day in the morning, out from 4 different places, for an extracting the teeth. My doctor was Dr. Joel Baez he used to help me with appointment and he was removing my pain in minutes. Very quick response and promptly services. Price was that one we where discussing with them over the phone. Very honest doctor. Also you can get services immediately if they have availability at that time of walking in.

I went in to dentist highly referred by a co worker friend. I went for the second opinion and Dr. Gonzalez and assistant made me feel comfortable , the dentist, she gave me different options for treatment one at a time. So I went and did the biggest treatment. frist tooth extraction, to wait a few months to heal then prep for implant. Dentist and assistant they made me feel so confortable and calm.
