Dr. Mukbel is GREAT!!! She is gentle and explains everything as she is doing it. I have a HUGE phobia of the dentist and she helped me understand and remain calm. I am very pleased with my experience. My boyfriend also had a visit with another Dr. Who also explained very well and made sure he was comfortable with what needed to get done.

If I could give zero stars I would've gave them nothing. This place doesn't know what they're doing. Rescheduled my root canal on me twice and then they couldn't figure out how to apply my insurance. Find somewhere else to go.

Reception super friendly and accommodating.
Got appt and my concerns were addressed immediately. Dr. Capellan was amazing in explaining the treatment and extremely thorough in helping me understand my proposed treatment. The dental assistant Yusimi & Sarram were very comforting and constantly checking up on me which helped me to feel very comfortable throughout the procedures. The office manager Eva, was very helpful with helping me to figure out the finances and my options that helped me get my treatment done without delay. She is very kind and compassionate to a patient’s needs. I will always recommend this practice to all my friends and relatives and I am switching to this office for all my dental needs permanently.

This office is Awesome! Dr. C is not only an excellent dentist she has a great personality and keeps you laughing! Eva the office manager is also so amazing! She actually explains your coverage and helps you with your out of pocket costs! She goes above and beyond to help her patients! I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone young or old!

I am now becoming a regular here at the Lake Barcroft office. In fact I love coming here. Dr Albers makes my experience the best ever. The staff here are very welcoming your very first day and haven’t changed. I’ve hated the dentist for years but I’m always relaxed and ease when I come here. One visit at a time my teeth are getting better and better. I’m so grateful for the work that I’ve gotten done here so far

I went here 6 months ago and was told that I had a cavity in my bottom right molar based on x-rays. (my dentist previously saw no such thing) I had no pain or any indication of a cavity but let Dr, Hendous fill the tooth anyway. My tooth hasn't been the same since. I now have pain and very high sensitivity in that area. I have been back and Dr. Hendous refilled it and it is now worse. I should have went with my gut and left my tooth alone not to mention they attempted to over charge on services that were covered by our insurance. My husband also had a filling done by him and is now having the same issue. Run.

Everyone was extremely polite and skilled at their job. The entire office is welcoming and treated me as an individual and not just an unknown face needing dental care. Great environment, customer service and dental work! Office is very clean and they are open regular days and hours despite Google having them listed as open Mondays only. I have never received such compassionate dental care before and am so thankful to have found Dentists of Royal Palm and will continue to be their patient.
