I had a wonderful experience here. Just had my first visit and they’re very thorough, very professional, and very friendly. I’d not only recommend this office, but also recommend Dr. Albers specifically. She’s great! 5/5 stars from me

The only reason i give 2 stars is because the actual dentist And assistant was nice. I went in and And the office manager was condescending. It was my first time there and she said I should trust the doctors office which I Always try to go in with a positive outlook but telling me to trust some thing while making me sign documents that she’s not even showing me from the get go to see is sketchy. The assistant was nice and sheDid her very best to work with me. Then I saw the dentist and she was nice enough. But then I sat in a room for half an hour with absolutely no one coming in to tell me anything. Eventually I got up and left... on the way out The nice dentist told me that the girl could let me know the information and I was too frustrated at that point so the girl at the front desk told me that she would call me back on Monday. That was about two months ago and I still haven’t gotten a call. I’ve never had such a negative experience at a dental office and I’m not a fan I’m going to dentist to begin with

Can't say thank you enough to Dentist of Royal Palm Beach. From start to finish they take care of. I received a service from Rene, she made sure I was ok from beginning all the way to the end. Now I'm smiling from ear to ear with what seems like new teeth! Can't wait to go see my dentist twice a year!

Office is very clean & the staff is so nice Dr Gonzalez is such a sweet, intelligent, caring doctor you can tell she really takes the time with each patient and treats each patient as if they’re her family member, she takes the time to explain everything to you, as well as to let you know everything will be ok during the process since I’m scared of the dentist! & that mean a lot; out of all my years being afraid of the dentist, I no longer am and that’s thanks to doctor Gonzalez. Three unique things I loved, Were her bedside manners, taking the time to actually listen to me as a patient and last but not least is her positive attitude you can tell Doctor G loves what she does and you’ll never see her without a smile on her face! I’ll start this off by saying that I have severe anxiety and ADHD and the dentists and assistants made me feel like everything was going to be fine. Nobody treated me like I was a burden and were there to help me when I needed it. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs professional people that actually care about their patients. My appointment was scheduled for 5pm today, arrived promptly at 4:50 because i was a new patient so i figured i needed to do paperwork. I was then told my appointment was 5:30, okay no problem (even though i had emails confirming it was at 5 and text alert saying 5pm), waited in the waiting room while people who had later appointments were going in and out no problem. finally 6pm rolls around and im let in where a doctor(dont remember his name nor doni want to) asks me all the questions where i answer them, then i was greeted by the amazing xray tech, young guy, really nice, x rays took about not even 10-15 minutes, then waited in a room for 30 minutes to get my gums stabbed when all inwas innthere for was a cleaning, but i left after i was topd i had to pay $200 before even getting my teeth cleaned. in total I wasted 2 hours of my life at the worst dentist i have ever been to.

Wait time even with an appointment 2hrs! Absurd.!. If you love spending hours upon hours gazing out of the window of a dentists waiting room, then this is the place for you!..however...No thank you very much !..plenty of other dentists in the area.
