I went a year ago, but have since found a new dentist.
I hate writing bad reviews but they are still calling me to book another appointment. The first time I went they did the X-rays, made me wait, but fixed my cavities before cleaning my teeth. I showed up on time, but the process took until closing time.
The worst part was when they broke my tooth trying to fix my cavities. Yes, they took care of the broken tooth they caused. But, unfortunately, I had to go back a month later for a cleaning.
Fixing your cavities before a cleaning is odd, but I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while and thought things had changed since COVID.
Going back was a totally different experience, the dental hygienist was great, but beyond that the whole experience was weird. And disorganized.
With insurance, I paid $850 in full, which included the deep cleaning, 3 cavities, and whatever else I was charged for.
