Amber, Laura, Jennifer, Dr. Mike, Dr. Courtney, Andreah, Kayla and Mai are all amazing and treat you as if you are family. I moved to the area last week, had an emergency and they were able to get me in, take care of me and schedule followup appointments as needed. They are 1st class professionals with a state of the art facility and practice. They make going to the dentist fun ..... did I really say that??!! YES I did!

We are new to the area and my son broke his retainer before school. I called around to find an ortho that could help. This office was so accommodating and got us in the same afternoon. We had a new retainer the next day for a reasonable price. Staff were very kind and personable. My son will be returning here for some additional cosmetic work that will finish his treatment.

I had a permanent bracket put in from another office and it lasted for 7 years. When it finally broke off I went to Great Florida Smiles to have Dr. O’Donnell install a new one. It lasted 6 months so I went back for a new one. Agreed/paid for a plan for trays/retainer for $900 and then they charged me $100 for removal of the bracket IN ADDITION. I was very polite in inquiring for the removal fee and they wouldn’t budge. I cancelled my future business with them. I guess $100 is more important than $900

From the minute I walk in the door at Great Florida Smiles, I feel like I am the only one in the office! From the front desk to the sweet ladies in the back, I am treated with respect and dignity. Dr. Mike is a brilliant dentist and I just love his awesome personality. You will never make a mistake by giving this dental practice a try.

It is Beautiful building. Happy with the work that was done. They were Able to get my fiancé in rather quickly. The only thing i wasn’t that happy with was the lack of communication on the instructions on how to further take care of everything after the work was done. I had to go up there after leaving with all my questions on paper to ask them & then write everything down myself. I am also glad I asked about what further work he would need to have done because he had to sign a waiver for them to be able to release his records as we do not live in Florida & the rest of the job would be finished in Michigan. Other then the lack of instructions after the service was done my fiancé can smile again & it was worth every penny! Thank you for everything!

I believe Dr courtney was my wifes dentist. She did a great! Very kind and took great care of her...she was very happy with the results. They had to fix what another dentist had gotten wrong.

Absolutely stunning facility with staff that exceeds expectations! From the moment I walked in to the building I was greeted with a smile. Completing new patient paperwork was a breeze and I was seen very quickly. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and Dr.Mike took the time to answer all of my questions. I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next visit!

I CALLED THE OFFICE, "DO YOU DO MDI's, MINI DENTAL IMPLANTS?"
The Website doesn't say, and neither will the employees over the phone. So i pay a $99 Visit, to find out, they don't do MDI's (about $10,000 /Arch) they only do the regular (about $15,000). I'm 60 y.o. I wasted my money on this visit. But what is worse, is that I kindly asked for my X-Rays to be sent to a new Dentist. NOPE, they won't do that either....They own my X-Rays. I can't keep paying $99 Visits to Dentists, when they could have answered one question. Yes, his office is brand new, he needs all the $99 Consults he can get...

This place is the best! long story so I'll sum it up. I'm 900 miles from home in the ocean on a friday at 430 PM take a surf board straight to the face . My front tooth was knocked out and fell into ocean about the time a huge wave comes in I spend next 10 min looking and run to shore. Its Friday knowing theres 0% chance getting help and I'm getting married on that Sunday ....Quick Google search dentist near me and list of about 25 names came up. Freaking out I go though list and all but 2 where still open but close at 5. its 445 at this point . I'm getting sick thinking about it. I call first place and machine said they closed at 12 not 5. Only 1 chance . called great Florida smiles and lady named Mai picked up. Said Denist was already gone but let her call her. she called me back and denist just got to her house but would gladly come back . I'm still at the beach so run to our rental get d5ressed and hit stand still traffic. get there at 507pm D.M.D Courtney Wright spends next hour and half fixing me up.She has a young daughter to get home to so I felt so bad making her stay. she was extremely professional did amazing job and could tell she truly cared. It's rare to find a dentist well anyone willing to do that anymore. I cant express how great this place is and how much that meant to me. my wedding my vacation would have been miserable. Thank you Courtney and Mai all the people at great smiles.

The entire staff here is wonderful. Mai makes scheduling very easy even getting me in for an emergency on New Year's Eve. Brittany always has everything ready and makes you comfortable and Dr. Courtney Wright is an absolute artist.
