The team at Santa Rosa Smiles are rockstars in their field. The buzz about them is authentic, well earned, and backed by great service. They are tech savvy and extremely knowledgeable, from the first call to check out it is a pleasure to deal with them. Dr. Frigo is a Master Artisan when it comes to cosmetic repairs. The best part is they make sure you know that they have your back...even when you have to relearn that teeth aren't tools...again and again....

Dr. Frigo and her staff are terrific. I have been her patient for about a year. Cleanings are easy peasy, and they are really great about the harder stuff, like replacing crowns. I highly recommend them.

Santa Rosa Smiles is truly something special!!! From their scheduling philosophy and diligence in communication/customer service (Teresa, you went above and beyond to follow through), to the hygienist (Marina, what an absolutely DELIGHT you were) giving what felt like one of the best cleanings I've ever had, to Dr. Frigo herself being present-intentional- and thorough. My review here goes beyond the whole "good first impression" (yes, the entire team was simply awesome), but even more the office workflow (sticking to appointment time), to their cleanliness, to communication with nearby patients regarding care plans (they seemed SO great with kids), to celebrating with their patients...all of the details that really matter are clearly important to them. They didn't miss a thing...and I was impressed beyond measure. Oh, and the bonus...I was able to get a new patient appointment (with new insurance), an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning on ON THE SAME DAY DURING THE SAME VISIT. Talk about a WIN!
