Received a morning call to confirm my appointment. Called back at 10:30 am to find that they had already given my time to someone else. I had taken time off work for the next day cleaning and left a morning meeting early to return the call. Days before I had already texted to confirm the appointment. Apparently their SMS does not interface with Skype or my provider and the return SMS had not gone through. When you confirm by texting 'C' or by texting back, there is a delivery failure hours later, and as the SMS comes from an abbreviated number there is no option to start a new text. They do not include a number in their SMS for a return text. Time drains are a form of patient harassment. Also, the receptionist was socially awkward, and I worried about their professional culture--is this a place where the office staff and technician are going to ask me stalker questions like do I have a have a boyfriend and where do I work?

Love this place so much! First time going and everyone I met was so nice! My cleaning went great the in house insurance plan is a steal. And just omg this place is awesome!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I recommend this place to everyone!
