I cannot begine to explain how AMAZING Dr Singh and her entire staff are! Autumn is amazing even though I annoy her weekly with my phone calls...haha In all seriousness I've never trusted a dentist as much as I do Dr. Singh, she truly wants what's best for YOU and I can't recommend her enough. I now bring my entire family here and they love her as much as I do! I had to have 27 teeth pulled and full dentures and she made the process much less terrifying for me and has been there every step of the way helping as much as she possibly could. There's not enough words to express my gratitude for the entire practice!

So thankful for this dental office and getting me in to fix the problem of my broken tooth . They were gentle as they could be taking a tooth out and explained everything very well . Great efficient team and they don't keep you waiting . Can't wait to come back and get a cleaning 😊 Thank you doctor and team for a great experience at the dentist ♥️

Terrible dentist. I have been going to her since Nov. 2020 for upper dentures. This dentist cannot do the job. She promised she could do dentures. She wanted payment up front for the entire procedure and dentures so I paid her in full. She has been unable to do the job for ten months now. She continues to take impressions and the dentures still do not fit after seventeen visits. This dentist refuses to refund me any amount of money I paid up front. Time for me to contact my attorney. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dentist.

Your reply is not accurate. Their is no story being told here. My review is all true and accurate. I have all the dates of all the appointments for ten months. I never expected my upper dentures to be ready after only a few appointments or months. I was extremely patient even when you became frustrated which was unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. You only managed to provide temporary upper dentures which one of your employees had to realign in order to keep them in my mouth. There is no problem with my bite. You simply have not been able to do the job.

Great Experience!!!!
I had a tooth abscessed and was in so much pain and my whole face was swollen. Dr Singh is such a compassionate and kind dentist. she spent time talking and explaining the whole process to me and took care of me. I was immediately put on antibiotics after the abscess was drained. Two days later she extracted my tooth and i have healed wonderfully. I am back to normal life again. Dental Remedies has a great team.

I am 19 years old and feel very taken advantage of by this dentist! I went in for a check up and needed some work done. They wanted me to pay while I was sitting in the chair with my face numbed so I could not speak and was very concerned with the price instead of waiting for the appointment to be over. I needed cavities filled and am now in more pain than I have ever been in my life and can not chew on either side. They rushed through the whole procedure. I do not recommend going here

Dr. Singh is Amazing!! Going to the dentist can be such a nerve wracking experience. But her soothing and professional demeanor puts you immediately at ease. She always takes care of my cleanings personally and I've never felt I was in better or more thorough hands. I am so grateful she's made her practice in our community of St. Augustine. As a St Augustine local whose enjoyed the pleasure of seeing Dr Singh for many years, I can say with total confidence any of these negative reviews have in all likelihood been left by competitors jealous of how loyal her patients are to her unparalleled services. How often when visiting a dentist does one find themselves being personally and professionally treated by the owner herself. Someone who could not be more invested in the complete satisfaction of her patients. Dr Singh goes above and beyond for each and every one them. In her careful and skilled hands I have never once left feeling anything but Happy with the results. Her courteous staff is always so friendly and will put the first time nervous client immediately at ease. I can not recommend her practice enough. So if your a member of our St Augustine community and in need of dental assistance. Do yourself a giant favor and call Autumn too book an appointment with Dr Singh. She is the best!!

I've never been more impressed by a dental services provider than I am by Dr. Singh. She is amazing! She is kind, compassionate, and honest. It's so obvious that she cares. Autumn and Christina are both great too, and they make me feel like a welcome guest. It's an upbeat, relaxing environment, and I recommend Dr. Singh to anyone and everyone in St. Augustine.

One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. Singh was amazing, as was her staff; Friendly AND helpful. I called at 10:30am on a Saturday and was in at 11am having a tooth pulled. Talk about service! Painless, too! Best dentist I've ever been to! I would recommend anyone who needs a dentist to head over and see Dr. Singh, you won't be disappointed!
