This place is AMAZING and we are blessed to have Dr Sun as ours three kids’ dentist! She’s very passionate about her job and takes great care of my kids. She always goes the extra mile to work with their problems. When they are tense or scared, Dr Sun is super understanding and encouraging. My kids enjoy going there for cleaning, cartoon shows and free toys at the end! Can’t recommend more about this place! 😃

Moved here (2) years ago from S. Fla. We found Elite Smiles which was conveniently located near my home. When I first arrived at the office, I was blown away by the cleanliness and how well put together it is. As well as the the staff. If I could give this place 10* I would. Everyone that works here is extremely nice and humble. Jana is AMAZING. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She has very gentle hands, and has always taken great care of me. She has also made loyal and honest recommendations to me, and has never steered me into an unsettling direction. Everytime I have a visit, the staff are upbeat, humble, and ready to help. From all the dentist, dental hygienist, front receptionist, billing dept., to the checkout personnel I truly could not ask for a better place to entrust with my dental work. They have earned my business and loyalty indefinitely. Thank you Elite Smiles for making my visits welcoming, and keeping me in such good hands.

I have had two implants done at Elite Smiles Dentistry. The doctor is friendly , professional, relaxed and competent. I have never felt any pain while being worked on. The staff are all amazing, they let you know what is happening at all times and are kind understanding of my concerns. I would definitely recommend any dental work needed to be done at Elite Smiles! I am very impressed.

My first visit to Elite Smiles, and I was very impressed. Shannon the hygienist spent about 2 hours with me, answered all of my questions, and did a thorough teeth cleaning. I've scheduled follow-up appointments, and had no issues whatsoever with the level of service there. Highly recommended!

Elite Smiles has exceptional employees (especially Anna Marie) who are highly trained, professional & show they care about the patients. It is great to get everything dental in one location without referrals for big stuff like implants. When there is a problem they correct it without you having to ask or fight for the right thing to be done. I have had countless night guards from other dentists through the years and all of them either kept me up at night or I chewed through them quickly. The night guard I got from Elite Smiles is by far the best I have ever had. It is durable & lasting but highly comfortable. The night guard from Elite Smiles clearly helps me to have significantly improved sleep. I never miss a night because this night guard really helps. I highly recommend Elite Smiles.

Disappointed by the office staff when trying to reschedule appointments today. I asked if there was a way to get an early or late appointment and they said on February 21st that June would be the earliest they could get me in. I said you have zero options until June for a cleaning - and they confirmed. If you are looking for an office with a little more schedule flexibility for working parents/existing patients, I suggest another practice.

I am going back in April so they can fix an implant crown I had replaced there - the color looks very off and it’s very noticeable and quite embarrassing.

Finally, I think we can all relate how disappointing it is when we have an experiences like this - it’s not ideal for anyone, but working together is key for both parties.

In the meantime, I am waiting on a call back from the office manager which they have 3 of…and overall hoping to see this customer experience improve - I will report back.

Dr. Hoppe and his staff are so helpful! I don’t like going to the destist but the staff made me feel relaxed and validated! Dr.Hoppe is the man to go to if you need a dental check for the military too! He is always willing to go above and beyond with filing out military forms and communicate what is needed and what is not! I cannot thank them enough

I had an appointment with Christina for X-rays and cleaning. She is very personable and professional. Her gentle ways with those mouth bites that you have to clamp down on, reassures me and calms my nerves. They don’t hurt when she adjusts and positions them in my mouth. My twice a year visits with her are great and she
Cleans my teeth effortless.

Have been going here for a few years now and always have had the best experience! Jana always fits me in and does my teeth cleaning in such a timely manner. All of the staff is so pleasant and this office is always exceptionally clean! Highly recommend!

The hygienist was very detailed in taking the x-rays and performing the cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaner was advanced to virtually eliminate any pain (didn't hurt at all). The dentist explained the condition of my teeth which made sense. A great first visit!
