We absolutely love Elite Smiles! My daughter got her Invisaligns today and Heather was absolutely amazing. My daughter was a little nervous but Heather was so kind and patient with her. She really took the time to explain everything to us.

I started using Elite Smiles when I moved to St Augustine 2 years ago. I have had several cleanings and a crown last year. Today was a crown and, as expected, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone in this practice treats patients as family. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and their primary focus is the comfort of the patients and the precision of the work being done. Again, never have I been to a dentist that is anything like the family at Elite Smiles.

They have very good service. the staff is great. I love my hygienist,Christina. she is the best. Me and my husband liked her service. she explains and took her time in cleaning. We always book her for our treatment. I reccomend her for my mom's treatment as well. She is so kind and sweet to talk about any concerns we had. We had good experiences with Kirstie, the treatment plan coordinator. She is so helpful and polite. Also Dr. Freeman is a great doctor. He explained us very well about our treatment.

Elite Smiles is a wonderful dentistry! They cleaned my mouth beautifully and have the most wonderful staff. One of the staff members in particular, Shelley, was one of the nicest women I've ever met. I could not recommend this place more!

I went to Elite Smiles to get a consult for very crowded teeth. I had concerns on avoiding cavities and possibly straightening them. I called and got a very quick appointment. The staff met me in the parking lot to do the COVID health check and then called me in quickly for my appointment. The staff did scans and got me through the appointment quickly and efficiently. Dr. Freeman suggested a couple different treatment plans. I will be heading back to start the Invisalign treatment this week. Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff, very clean office and quick appointments.

BEST EVER!!! I’ve come here for almost a year (previous and current ) and am pleased with the professionalism everyone shows. Kirstie G has worked diligently with me, creating a step by step treatment plan and being extremely helpful in guiding me with what my insurance will cover and what my out of pocket expenses are each appointment. Dr. Freeman is very thorough and friendly. He makes sure to explain your treatment plan to you so you understand exactly what you’re getting done. Their prices are very reasonable and the whole staff is accommodating, as is the environment they’ve created. The office is very modern and comfortable. Additionally, their treatment planner, Kirstie, is great about breaking down what you’re paying for so you know you’re getting the best treatment at the best price.

My family's experience here was everything we needed. My mom was very nervous about going to another dentist to have some major work done, but the staff here at Elite Smiles took great care of her during this whole process. 12/10 would recommend.
