Elite Smiles Dentistry

Moved down here over the summer and was in search of a new dentist. Was quite impressed with the facility (beautiful!), the staff and dentists (very friendly!) and how technologically advanced they were! Had a great experience and will be sure have the whole family come back for their check ups :-)

I’m so happy to have found Elite Smiles! A one stop shop for all our dental needs. Jana, my hygienist was very helpful and calming. I have always been afraid of visiting the dentist and she made it all so easy! Karla in the billing department was thorough and made sure that I understood what my plan would be. I’m so glad Elite Smiles is in the neighborhood!

I had a wonderful experience. Office is nice and clean. No problems with scheduling or with the waiting time. The stuff was really friendly and so was the doctor. Best cleaning I ever had! The hygienst Kati was personable, really knowledgeable and she made me feel she cares. Wonderful service.

Went in for a first time cleaning here and was greeted by a wonderful staff and a well maintained office. I was welcomed to the back offices where the cleaning and work is done by Christina who was nothing but wonderful.

She explained every step of the way from the X-rays all the way to the home care after the cleaning was done.

I cannot express how relieving it is to have a dentists office that is an expert in both oral care and customer service.

I shopped around and made appointments at a few dental clinics around Jacksonville when looking for a provider for my implants and crowns. Price was important, but more so the professionalism and demeanor of the office and staff. I am very happy that I chose Elite Smiles. Dr Freeman was patient and informative. Not only during the interview and consultation, but throughout the entire procedure. The staff was great. Amy and Erin answered all my questions and concerns. And the two dental assistants, Kirstie and Towanna were absolutely fantastic. During this long procedure, they were attentive, caring, efficient, professional and so very personable. I felt like I was well taken care of during the entire process. I have no problem recommending Elite Smiles to anyone who wants quality dental care.

Calming atmosphere, warm and friendly staff, and sparkling clean teeth!

This dental office reminds me of times gone by!! They are a Private Practice vs. Corporate so the dentist and staff take pride and ownership of the personalized care of their patients. Erica Beaver was my hygienist and took such wonderful care of me. Her knowledge, competence and just good ole friendliness was refreshing!!

My two teenagers and I are new to St Augustine and they were nervous about going their first appointment. What a wonderful experience we had at Elite Smiles! From the gracious welcome when we walked in the door (even offering us a refreshment), being seen right on time, to making sure they were comfortable and informed with every step. Complimenting them on how well they've taken care of their teeth and really making them feel a part of the family. Such a relief to have found our family dentist and look forward to many years at Elite Smiles!
