Aspen Dental

I recently had my first appointment at Aspen Dental. The office staff, hygienist, and Dentist we're all very professional and nice. They were very thorough as they examined my teeth and provided care. I was impressed with the service I received. I was even a few minutes late to my appointment and they were very understanding and courteous. The office was also very clean and organized. I'm excited to go back! :)

I was in pain with a tooth and needed it to be looked at and possibly pulled that day. They were able to sqeeze me into there schedule that afternoon. And I had the tooth pulled that afternoon. Friendly and warm staff. Dentists were very detailed and cared for your conditon. All the hygienists were friendly and warm and cared for there patients. Highly recommend to go for dental care.

Absolutely wonderful. New patient, my appointment was at 230pm. Filled out paperwork on tablet by the time I handed it in they were calling me back. XRAYS, hygentis, and dentist all with in 30 minutes. They were super nice, took time and answered all my questions and concerns. Then lastly they take you to the office manager to discuss all the options and payment plans. Absolutely 5 STARS! THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

Went on November 17th for a comprehensive exam and had lots of x-rays done. Requested a cleaning, but was refused by the dentist. Her last name was Nusser (Oriental woman). She tried to persuade me into getting over $5,000 worth of dental work done. That almost blew my socks off!!!

In fairness, the woman who did the x-rays was very nice. Brian, office manager seemed nice at first. I am a lower income senior. The office manager failed to offer me any payment plans. Also, their office failed to reply to two detailed voicemails of mine. Both were important!

I definitely don't recommend this dental clinic. Seems like they are out to make as much money as possible - very greedy!!!!!

I also equested copies of my x-rays in the mail about a week and a half ago, but their office has failed to respond to me. Brian Link, Office Mgr., took about a week to FedEx me some documents I left at their clinic. He told me on the phone that he would send them overnight.

Their office is so awful!!!!!! I wish I could rate them lower than a 1!!!!

Bryant and The Doctor made me feel secure, as if someone finally listened and took action with me and my dental assistant was very comfortable. I give Thanks!

The staff was so polite and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within about 3 days. Then the exam and X-rays were about the most comprehensive I've ever had. I had a need to make financial arrangements and was treated with so much kindness and patience it brought tears to my eyes. The doctor and assistant were so careful and attentive. I came out with a new appreciation for Aspen Dental. My permanent crown will be here in about a week and will schedule further work after that.

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is more than deserving. I've had nothing but great experiences while attending my appointments at Aspen Dental. The team was extremely polite and courteous. They did a great job of explaining everything that was taking place and listening to any questions or concerns I had. After seeing the dentist I can definitely say that the staff at Aspen Dental are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were able to get me serviced the very next day when I called due to chronic tooth pain. I received amazing service through such a difficult time with all the changes that came with being unemployed and losing insurance due to covid-19. Very grateful for Aspen Dental and highly recommend them to anyone.

Aspen Dental was a good experience, they made me feel welcome and was able to get the treatment plan I need for my teeth and gums. Everyone was nice and explained things in a professional manner. 👌👏
