Initial injections of numbing were painful but once everything kicked in the female dentist I had made my experience very smooth and comforting . Had a tooth extracted and she was amazing. If I need to go back I will definitely request her for my dentist again.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful in my decision for dentures. Only complaint? 🥶 in this office, in the exam room and it is freezing in the restroom! I spoke with office manager and suggested a small heater, I was told corporate was not willing to do this. 😡 corporate wasn’t sitting there for more than an hour and half total freezing 🥶

Always been a good experience until 7/12/21 when my son arrived 6 min late for 11:30 appt.(suppose to be a 15 min. window before resched required). He was the only patient in lobby yet not greeted until after 12& then about 12:15ish told he’ll need to be resched w/no explanation why & given a near month away date. He took off work strictly for this appt. He’s polite so said okay and left. I called shortly after for an explanation, got voicemail & my call was not returned. Another family member was able to reach the nice dr. who offered my son to return the same day & apologized for his experience.

I have a very good Dr and all the staff is just wonderful.

I just received dental care at the Aspen Dental office on Governor’s Square Blvd., and was so pleased in every way! The facility is clean and inviting, and all the staff I dealt with were friendly, cheerful and helpful. They took X-rays, examined my teeth, and came up with a plan to treat my periodontal disease.
I’ve had two appointments since my initial one last week, to treat my right and my left side of my mouth. The cost for all this work was very reasonable

Ms Randi is the queen! I’ll forever come back because of her.

This was the best dental decision I have ever made. Aspen was 100% more professional, friendlier and honest and upfront with pricing then the competitor company in Tallahassee, which I was a patient of before coming to Aspen. The dentist was absolutely kind and gentle and very careful not to cause unnecessary pain. I will never go anywhere else again for all my dental needs!! They were amazing and actually less expensive for my dentures.

My husband and I were looking for a new dentist, our first visit was highly positive. Greeted us right away on arrival by Symone the office manager. She's bright and bubbly and explains things well. All staff and dentists from there were great, friendly, courteous and knowledgable of their jobs. I think we will be happy with this group.

Everyone from the doctor, to the hygienist, to the rest of the staff exhibits professionalism and kindness. They do the best they can to work with you.

Worst dentures I've ever have had made. There's a big gap at the top of my dentures .they don't even fit up against my gums. Also can't wear them at all. Money wasted I am so disappointed in this place
