Mostly seem ok...I got into a pickle with my bottom plate breaking. Schedule an appointment, only to go and be told to come back next day because the tech was too busy. I live an hour away...what the heck kind of business is that? The appointment was to fix them.....why schedule it if he's too busy?

I had 2 Saturday appointments that I drove over 45 minutes to get to when I got there the building locked. After wait 30 minutes after my appointment an building still locked I called corporate for an explanation as to why they were closed. Corporate apologised and said the staff would call me Monday morning and do everything to make it right and reschedule. Well it's now a month and a half later and I never heard anything from them. Yesterday I brought my daughter for a initial appointment and went to schedule her next appointment for a Saturday and was told they are no longer making Saturday appointments. I will be looking for a new dentist as this one clearly shows they do not want my buisness.

Love the aspen dental tallahassee. Came from dothan because they actually had availability! Staff is super sweet, the dental hygienist, the lady that took my x-rays and the dentist & guy who took my financial plan was very kind and sweet.

The staff is outstanding. When you first walk in you are always greeted with a warm welcome. They are professional and truly care about your dental health. Dr. Meckleberg is extremely thorough. I would highly recommend this location to all.

The receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist, dentist and other office staff were all very kind, attentive and helpful throughout my extended visit. The hygienist (Joselyn) even stayed later than expected to accommodate me and my treatment. Great impression on my first visit!

My son had his tooth knocked out. Aspen put a cap on the tooth and I just saw it for the first time when he got back from school. To be honest I was not impressed. The new tooth/cap is larger than the other teeth, color is not really matching. Overall not good quality. I expected better for $1300.

Truly a non judgement zone. Hygienist, Sara, was thorough and knowledgeable as she explained a course of treatment. After 20 years of neglecting my own dental hygiene, I am headed to a healthier mouth!
