Their website promotes emergency dental this is far from the truth. I will say the lady I talked to 10pm on a Friday was very nice and told me to show up at 8:00am Saturday because they take walk-in patients but I guess that’s not true told the lady at the counter I was there for an emergency visit I am in pain she said I could make an appointment but they were not doing walk in visits sorry your in pain.

My dentist and hygienist were absolutely perfect! I came in nervous about the work I needed to get done and left feeling confident that I had made the best choice going to Aspen Dental for my needs. After getting me a next day appointment, they worked with me financially, explained everything and answered every question I had and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. My hygienist Brandy even made sure I had a blanket during my cleaning to make sure I was at ease. Top tier service. Will be coming back.

Customer service is great. All staff are very friendly and professional. I don't like their practice of requiring payment for service prior to service being provided. They recommend a treatment plan then require payment in order to schedule appointment.

At first it was amazing but I had surgery Oct 18th at 9am. I'm still in excruciating pain, one of my back stitches has come undone, and I still can't even put my dentures in because of how much pain I'm in. The staff and dentist was great, but the aftermath almost makes me want to die. That's how bad the pain is. I was given an antibiotic I was allergic to at first. My face and mouth are still swollen and my lymph node is swollen and hurting. Also when I clean my nose there's blood. I would give a 5 star but this aftermath is the worst. They said it'd ease off and etc in a few days. It's been 5.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff in general starting with reception, the Xray lady and ending with the Odontologist all were very caring, friendly and professional. It was my first visit. They make me feel welcome and in today’s unfriendly atmosphere almost everywhere you go, that is very important. Their prices are not the best.

Very disappointed in how this office has treated us. We had a scheduled appointment, when I called to verify the appointment I was told that hygienist no longer worked there and the new one could not honor our appointment. I stated we were willing to make a new appointment and gave every opportunity for them to rectify situation. I was told by the office manager on several calls that someone would get back to us to schedule something. I then call the customer service line I saw on another negative review and was told a regional manager would contact us within 24-72 hours. It has been over a week and still no call or consideration. Guess we will be locating another dentist, as this facility does not seem to care if they lose a few patients or not. Very sad that companies no longer care about customer service.

I came into today 11/25/22 cause I have a broke tooth and this place advertises emergency walk-ins, they told me that they are only doing appointment today. Very unprofessional especially when someone is in serve pain.

Good price for cleaning despite not having dental insurance, very lenient for first timers, incredibly affable staff, and honestly, while dentist offices usually take a while, they did end up addressing my concerns at a reasonable time.

My experiences at Aspen were wonderful I would recommend them to any and everyone.
