I actually laughed throughout the entire visit. I didn't expect that. It was a most pleasant experience. All the staff was very nice, considerate, gentle and professional. I was impressed and that's saying a lot for me. I'm glad I chose to give them a chance. Last but not least, they are centrally located to me and have very convenient hours so that I can decrease the amount of time take off from work. Great choice!

Well no one likes going to the dentist but they make it a little better. The front office staff are very friendly. The back office staff are helpful and make you feel comfortable. The doctor is a little powerhouse, literally. I had to get 3 extractions and boy she got in there and just pulled them right out. She was very thoughtful and kind, good bedside manor. I still don't like going to the dentist but if I have to go, this is the place I will go.

Worth the walk-in wait. Everyone cares and went above and beyond to help and get my issue addressed. Each staff member from Doc to DA and front desk bring positivity and genuine kindness. I'm so very grateful to have ended up at Aspen Tallahassee!

Don't waste your time! I had an appt that was scheduled 2 months out. I need to get an upper and lower partial. (Paying cash btw). When I got there 20 minutes early I waited 20 min then was taken back for X-rays. Then sent back to a chair and waited 45 min on the very rude and nasty hygienist. She tells me I have to have a root paining and descaling or all my teeth will fall out . I had just been to my dentist a month before and he told me the teeth I have are good just need the partials. So I had to sign a paper stating I refused treatment which was 3K for scaling. Then an hour later the dentist came in and stated I should get all my teeth pulled and get full dentures not partial. Then she told me my pallet was too narrow ( I have a significant overbite on top) that dentures couldn't be made for me. I have never heard of this nor a dentist and hygienist that were so rude and nasty attitudes. Definitely not what they portray on commercials. This is hands down the worst office in tallahassee

I had a cracked tooth and was in pain. They gave me an appointment the following day which was the first appointment available. I went in and they were all very friendly and the dentist was great. She told me a couple things I didn't know and ended up getting 2 teeth pulled. She was kind and quick. I definitely will go back there for not only a follow up but for future things as well. Thanks Aspen Dental.

The people I spoke to were very polite on the phone and had me scheduled much sooner than other offices in town. However, when I arrived ten minutes early as requested, I waited over an hour after my set appointment time made two months in advance. I watched two walk ins go in before me. When I finally was able to be seen, the woman somehow managed to cut the inside of my mouth while doing x rays. I then had to wait an hour and a half in the chair to be seen by just the hygienist. It sounded like from what I heard, they had forgotten I was there at all.
About 20 minutes after that the dentist came and barely touched my teeth at all before telling me I had "a cavity on every tooth" lol. The office manager quoted my treatment as around 9k WITH dental insurance. On top of that tried to sell me an electric tooth brush for $150. One I could by myself for significantly less.
I got a second opinion from a different dentist and they told me I didn't need half the work Aspen told me I did. I was quoted around 3k from the different dentist.
Overall, the people were generally nice. Just definitely understaffed and working for a corporate money scheme disguised as a "dentist office" .

The staff are extremely professional and wonderful. They will take their time to address any concerns that you may have in great detail. I'd like to thank everyone in Aspen Dental for creating such a friendly environment and making sure that the health and well-being of their patients is a priority

It was super visit; Randy, Melody, Kasia and Dr. S were all very cordial, sweet and welcoming ! Even tho I had to suffer thru an extraction I didn’t expect to have- They did a great job !!

Do not call this joke of an operation. I spent $1200 on dentures and can't get them to make an appointment with me for over a month including an hr long visit in the Tallahassee store. 0 stars
