I absolutely love this dentist office and this review is long overdue do. I was very nervous to go to the dentist after painful experiences with dental work as a child, and did not even want to go for a cleaning. But special thanks to katie and past staff members for being very considerate of tender areas. No pain at all!
Also the staff is also very warm and caring.
I must especially mention Jennifer at the front always greets you with a smile and ask how life is going. And Dr. Raffoul tries his best to stop by and say hello even if you just came for a cleaning.
Looking forward to my next visit in the future.

Everything you could want in a dental office: professionalism, friendly staff, on time scheduling, and a clean calming ambiance. Support staff is excellent and Dr. Georges is personable, efficient and highly knowledgeable.
I had a dental emergency about a week ago and needed to find a dentist. I read the reviews/bio for Tampa Palms Dentistry and shortly after I called to inquire about appointments. Jennifer and Ashley were very understanding (due to the nature of the call and the urgency) and within a few short minutes I was on the schedule. My first visit went great- the young lady who took my x-rays was pleasant.
The day of my procedure my anxiety was at a all time high, but I left my appointment feeling relieved and relaxed.
Thank you to Dr. Georges, the dental assistant and support staff- I've found a dental office whose top priority is the patient.
All precautions are taken to ensure patients and staff are not affected by COVID.

I came here for a new smile and I’m GLAD I did, I was nervous about all the good reviews and now I see why!!!
So,
I literally went to 6 different offices before I came here, I wanted a NEW great SMILE! Some were reasonable priced, but omg such horrible quality porcelain / veneers coming out of there that you’ll end up redoing 6 times a lifetime, and other places they just didn’t treat you as a human and more like an atm so who cares about quality of work if you are treated bad, plus they were not cheap! I’m moderately comfortable and have a good job, I just wanted to get what I paid for.
I came to Tampa palms dentistry, from phone call, to front staff to the team it was amazing experience, and wow Dr. Georges truly showed me he cared from day one! Right after my cleaning with the hygienist, I thought to my self, “wow this is what a cleaning is suppose to feel like and look like afterwards.”
A Hygenist is not just a Hygenist, it’s truly an art and I didn’t realize it till after! Then couple of visits with the doctor, I totally have the self confidence to SMILE again, I am beyond HAPPY, he truly changed my life around, I was border line depressed and didn’t feel like the other offices can help.
Now I am confident, dating, career oriented due to me smiling at all my staff and having a better positive attitude. Thank you Tampa Palms Dentistry staff, and thank you Dr. Georges for being caring, honest, good intentions and most importantly amazing at what you do!!!! Such a good cosmetic dentist.
To summarize: this is the place that you can do it all under one roof and get what you paid for!

I’m not the type that likes to go to the dentist but visiting this office changed my view. The best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The staff were friendly and professional. Also, Dr. Georges is hands-down the best Dentist. Dr Georges Is very friendly and knowledgeable. What I like the most about the Doctor is that he is very passionate about his craft. He took his time with me explaining everything and showing me the best treatment for me. They helped make it affordable.I cannot be any happier with my results. Dr. Georges is the definition of the perfect Dentist 10/10. Hope ya will only see me for my next 6 month check up and cleaning only because now I finally have the prefect smile lol.

Not sure what has change but I called and Jennifer the last couple of times has not been able to offer me a establish patient appointment with my hygienist or could not apparently find me by the information I provided. At first there was an 8, 9, 10, 11 and 1 pm appointment and due to her stating she had the wrong patient and those were the times she could give me. I asked what changed the times why isn't those times available anymore? Again stated she was looking at the wrong patient information. HMMMMM WHAT DOES THAT MEAN????
Update thank you to the dentist for calling me and allowing me to voice my concern and correcting the problem. Brandon even though I wasn't able to come in on Thursday I appreciate all your help.

I really want to say the staff there is absolutely amazing at first I wasn’t sure on how I wanted to approach the dentist industry because of what happened to the past. But after my first visit they were friendly and caring. Especially Dr. Georges Raffoul and Dr. Fadi Raffoul these guys are amazing duos and treat there patient with respect and great care and also Mattie (hygiene) and Samamtha (treatment coordinator) and the rest of the crew, took great care of me this is a most definitely of 5 stars treatment.
